Not the best costumer service. I’m not asking for a huge greeting but at least acknowledge me or ask me if I need help finding a product. Ulta has an extensive amount of products and it can be overwhelming for some costumers. Just simply asking«is there something I can help you find?

The Salon at Ulta was great! I really have no complaints about my first time visit for a haircut. **PERSONALBACKGROUNDCHECK** I have ALWAYS had long hair. My hair has never been shorter than my boobies. I’m pretty lazy when it comes to my hair and I always kept it long because I felt like it was low maintenance. Right before this haircut it was at it’s longest and I was just tired of the heavy length and decided it’s time for something new! Sooooooooo, after a few weeks of research I decided to get a LOB(long-bob) haircut and then donate my locks to Pantene’s Beautiful Lengths. A few more weeks passed and I was nervous, I didn’t want to go through with it. Then out of no where I was running errands and just so happened to stumble into Ulta. I asked if they had a stylist available right now and she said YUP! Barbara was my stylist. A super sweet lady who made me feel very comfortable about going through with this drastic change. I showed her a couple of pics and she got right to it. I am super happy with my results and the service at this salon. The prices are also reasonable. Thanks for making this experience easy and fun!

I made 2 appointments at this particular Ulta. One with Dianna for a facial and one with Pamela for hair color. Dianna gave me the best facial I ever had. She instructed me what I was doing wrong and how to correct it. She didn’t do it to sell products because I already use the Dermalogica Products. Unfortunately I was using them wrong. She instructed me on how to use them correctly. She did my eyebrows and when that was done she gave me a hand and arm message. The whole experience was magnificent. I of course made another appointment. I then had Pamela color and cut my hair. I told her that I needed a little something different without highlights. She went right to work doing low lights in my red hair. I showed her 3 pictures. I wanted a little something from all 3 cuts and she did exactly that. I couldn’t be more pleased. And yes I made another appointment with her also. These 2 ladies are not only good at their jobs, but are so nice and so caring. They made my experiences very comfortable and very happy!!!

Friends recommended Ulta salon so I thought I’d try it. I booked my appointment online which was really easy. When I arrived they greeted me right away and offered me water or coffee. I had booked my appointment with Deanna which it turned out to be a great choice. She was very professional yet very friendly. When I showed her a picture of the cut I would like she said no problem. I’ve heard that before so I was worried. Haha laughs on me. She nailed it perfectly! ! I gladly booked a follow up appointment for a trim because Deanna was so fabulous! !!! I would recommend Deanna to anyone who wants a great cut and a great person to do it.

Ashley did my hair and make-up for my wedding and I left looking like a movie star who was ready to walk the red carpet in Hollywood! I have never felt or been so beautiful in my life and I am sure I never will. I have to say a heart felt«thank you» to Ashley because she made my special day even more memorable. I am not from the Destin area and this was my first trip there, but I left feeling like she was my new best friend. Thank you so much!

Since we winter in Panama City Beach I went to Ulta for a hair cut to get me thru until I went home. Although Alana did not do any real damage to my hair and the scissor marks from total lack of texterizing will grow out enough in a month that my real stylist can straighten it out I was disappointed with the level of service. After waiting more than 15 minutes for my appointment — I understand some time clients run late so I am okay with that. Then she spent exacty 20 minutes on my hair. A quick cut, no product, no styling after the cut. Just cut, brush off your shoulders and send you on your way as she quickly ran outside to make a cell phone call. Tyle of service you expect from Super Cut for about $ 15 not worth $ 45 plus tip I was charged. I have gone to Ulta in the Chicago area and the service is always great. Alana would not last one week in another salon. Next winter I will go to Regis which is also in Pier Park.

This is definately a shop for the ladies(though there is a very small area for manly facial products and some cologne) I buy my entirely too expensive hair stuff here… coupons come in the mail often which helps however there is a lot of small print exceptions to rule so read carefully. Customer service is ok when you check out but the line usually moves slow and it’s often difficult to find help when your in the aisles. All in all the product selection is good.
