Deep South Sno Treats

As an update, I posted to the business’s Facebook page but didn’t receive a response. I did go by the business (in their location next to AJ’s in the Harbor Walk) at approximately 2 pm on Friday and did finally find them open. A worker was just setting up around 2 pm even though the hours listed on their Facebook page stated that they opened at 1 pm.
The person working wasn’t particularly friendly or welcoming, although she got us our sno-​balls promptly. I didn’t see any of the special sno-​balls that are listed on their website; they sounded really good, but all I saw was the regular flavors, the option to stuff with ice cream or cheesecake, and the option to top with cream or other items. Maybe they don’t do the special sno-​balls anymore, but who knows?
The actual product was fine, but maybe it was the issue of having come by several times with no response – when I finally did get my sno-​ball, it was nothing overwhelming. I was happy to finally find the business open, but I don’t know that I’ll seek them out specially next time I’m in Destin.
