Leah did a large tattoo on my foot. 14 shamrocks with intertwining vines to represent me, my husband, three children and nine grandchildren, very meaningful to me given my 100 percent IRISH heritage. She designed it herself as there was no template to match what I wanted. Excellent work. I love my new tat. Sara did a sea turtle on my granddaughter and it’s so cute. The shop is clean and spacious. They take their time and do top-​notch work. I was in Destin on vacation.

Me and my friends went in there earlier today looking to get some tattoos. This people were so rude not talking to us just sitting around smoking their vapor cigarettes acting like they were to cool for us. I guess that were the name comes from.

My 20-​year Army veteran-​turned-​four-​year Government contractor honey decided that it was time to re-​pierce his ear and get my name on his chest! I chose Alan’s Cool Ink from a referral from a close friend and we are so glad we did! This was my second tat and my honey’s first and we were excited to share matching infinity symbols with each others name in the loop. Reanna was amazing! She expertly created what we wanted and suggested the perfect placement of her art. above each of our hearts. The tattoos came out awesome! My babe also got his ear re-​pierced and it looks great! Owner Alan runs a clean, tight shop with the emphasis on great customer service and amazing ink skills. When it comes to great tattoos or piercings, I want a place that is stellar in every area! Alan’s Cool Ink is that place!

Just got back from vacation, I visited a few shops in Destin and found this one the cleanest and most professional looking. I met Sandy one day and came back on another day to get my Batman tattoo, Sandy did an awesome job, will be back if I come up with another!

This is definitely one of the better tattoo shops in the area. It’s located right in the center of town, the shop is clean and spacious and has a laid-​back, professional vibe that you’ll appreciate. This was one of the smoothest, easiest times I’ve ever had in a tattoo shop.
One feature of this shop that you won’t find in many is that Alan’s Cool Ink does laser tattoo removal and treatment. No more flying to Beverly Hills!
Reanna is a true artist. She does excellent black and grey and her line work is flawless. My ink turned out perfectly and I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m looking to get some work done, which seems to happen with more frequency when you have a great tattoo shop right around the corner!

This was my first tat. I had the design in my head, looked at her art work on their website and I knew that my design was perfect for her talent. I
got mine about 4 weeks ago. Reanna matched my vision, plus. I love it and will be returning for the next installment of my sleeve during my next vacation. The store and Reanna’s ‘studio’ were spotless. My art healed without any problem. The whole experience was worth repeating.
I don’t usually do reviews but I spent literally years (at least 40) finding the right artist. Now I am already formulating the design (in my head again) and really looking forward to my next vacation.

My daughter has wanted a tattoo for a few years now and we decided that when she turned 18 that would be her gift. She told Sandy what she had envisioned her tattoo to be and Sandy came up with several sketches to choose from. They decided on the perfect one and it is absolutely beautiful. Sandy is a true artist!

Just noticed that my review never posted. I’ll repost:
Love my new tattoo! Sandy did my tattoo as well as a piece on my son. His was much more intricate and Sandy sketched, sized and redid the process until both she and my son were pleased with the sketch. His turned out great and he is real happy with the results (he had a shark jaw tattooed on his elbow… he is working on an ocean themed sleeve).
I had coordinates tattooed on my left forearm (for my beloved Austin, TX). Sandy worked through some different fonts and placement options… I love it! Going back this week for some new ink!
My husband and I have also gotten tattoos here in previous years.
The shop is clean and their prices are very reasonable. Spring Break is a real busy time for the shop, so if you are in town and considering tattoos or piercings, I would definitely recommend and appointment during that time.

After 8 treatments, all that was left of my tattoo was a pale green smudge. I had my ninth and probably last treatment yesterday. After this, it ought to look like I never had a tattoo at all.
