Worst Wingstop I’ve ever ate at!!! I HATE THIS LOCATION!!! A bunch of kids lounging around and dishing out bullshit service and food… And what I don’t understand is why there so many staff members just standing around every time I go there. There is always like 20 people there at night and they still can’t get orders right or deliver some fresh food. The manager at night was ignorant as hell!!! Anytime I go at night either they get my order wrong or they give me old wings that have sat up and they drop them in grease and refry them for a few seconds… Disgusting and Lazy!!! I reported this to the store manager and wrote to corporate from which I never heard anything back from the two… I decided I’m done with this location for the rest of the year which sucks because I live right down the street. Hopefully by 2017 they can step their game up because the only reason they’re still in business is due to the Wingstop name but just like the last few reviewers stated, this location is straight Garbage… Id rather drive a little furter and spend money on gas than spend another night trying to eat this TRASH…

Horrible customer service! They’ve lost my order 3 times during Super Bowl and stated I never ordered AFTER I showed them the confirmation email and order placed online. Manager was not friendly and didn’t help either.

Worst Service of any wingstop that I’ve been to. workers are just standing around not cooking, preparing or taking orders. Called in an order and after 1hour 30 min still not done. but people that walked in after me were getting their orders. 2 managers on duty and neither apologized nor offered to make my experience any better. If i was owner id BE PISSED!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GOOD SERVICE!!! I have frequented this location since they opened when the store first opened I could always count on my food being hot, fresh, timely and as I specified. Well here recently the service is the worst I have ever experienced at a fast food place. This past week I visited the location… called my order in 8 wings, mind you and was told it would be 20 minutes. Well almost an hour later I was still waiting for my food. When I asked the manager Omar why it was taking so long he replied «I don’t know. I can give you a free ranch.» Shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I was completely caught off guard by his attitude. And to top it off I go home and my food wasn’t even right! This was the straw that broke the camel’s back!!! I won’t be back! Customer service at its worst!

I haven’t ate at a wing stop in years because I never like their wings but recently co workers have been saying it’s better than B-​DUBS not true. Unprofessional teenagers, if u don’t order a combo u have to pay for dip I mean it’s chicken that’s what the dip is for right not the fries r drink. The food was cold and nasty if u want go wings go to wings world in Lancaster way better but unfortunately closed on Sunday which is why I ended up at this wingstop but won’t make the same mistake again.

I come here every now and then for lunch during work. The best way I can describe this place is inconsistent. Sometimes the turnaround for wings is pretty quick, other times it can be a bit slow. I think their Atomic has a pretty decent kick, but the new Spicy Korean is anything but spicy or Korean… it’s more like a sugary soy sauce. They do have a couple of Coke Freestyle machines so you have a pretty wide selection of beverages/​combinations to choose from, however they were having some issues with these machines at my last visit. All in all, if you avoid the Spicy Korean and are willing to possibly wait a bit for food, then it’s not a bad place for lunch.

We love wing stop and get it at least twice a month!
If wing stop delivered, they would make a killing! The staff is always pleasant but they do seem a bit slow getting food out.
We get the lemon pepper and original hot.

Stopped at this location and ordered some boneless buffalo chicken. Customer service was great but the chicken was cold. I’ve eaten alot of wing stop but this is the first time I have ever received cold chicken, and it was my first time ever eating at this location. I did not take it back to the people at the front desk out of fear from stories of what people do to your food when you send it back to get recooked, and not to mention I was very hungry. Bottom line is I will not EVER return back to this location. Funny thing is they have a «2 minute survey» they want me to complete after reading my receipt. I sure will be completing it!

How do you not have online ordering working during a huge playoff game!?!
Despite the set back, this team of people including the manager busted their tails off to push out orders and handle complaints and agitated customers!

Ok, one Unilocal downfall is that you can’t delete a review. I meant to review another WS and accidently reviewed different location here. So for their troubles will give them a 4 star.

Hands down the WORST wingstop I’ve even been too. I’ve been there FOUR time out of necessity and FOUR TIMES THEY HAVE GOTTON THE ORDER WRONG. I understand that this is an issue of intelligence but I repeat my orders and make them say it back to me. This location has TERRIBLE SERVICE. Really, they are idiots. This location needs to be shut down.

I called, I ordered ahead, I got my food and I conquered.
My Louisiana rub was on point… delicious and well-​done. Seasoning was perfect; other locations tend to be light handed with seasoning. Customer service was 3 stars — straight A-​OK, nothing to write home about.
I’d definitely order from this location when I’m in this area again. Nothing really turned me on or off. This place just didn’t sparkle. Get your wings and roll.

Me and my co-​worker love this place so much I think I find a new lunch place to eat at every now then we come here. And just relax and talk and have fun.

Yes, this location gets five stars! The staff is very friendly & helpful and I have not received a sour attitude from anyone there.
This location is similar to my other favorite, WingStop on Coit & Arapaho. The wings are really good, fresh, and plump. No miniature wings here! Fries are good and seasoned just right.
If you have been disappointed before, give this location another try.

Ugg! I am never coming to this wing-​stop again. This is my third time coming here. Service was really slow, music was so loud you could not carry a conversation, the chicken was OK but had a lot of crunchy spots, we had to clean our own table, and the staff are not really that friendly. Ultimate cheapskates, they make you pay for large to-​go boxes and full pop for a glass of water. And they will not allow you to bring in your own cup, not even when you buy 3 others! (there is a sign that says «no outside foods or drinks» from the Desoto Heath Department, but there is not another sign like that anywhere else in this area.) Compared to other wing-​stops I have been to, this one has got to be the worse. Will be going to the waxahachie wing-​stop from now on, even when it’s 20 minutes away.

This place always disappoints me, service is extra slow too, i ordered ahead of time and i still had to wait like 15 min

call in your order before you get there to save time!
