Wonderful staff! Angel, Dawn, and Shawana especially. I felt genuinely cared for and these wonderful people go above and beyond in customer service, I’d go so far as to say they deserve a raise! I would love to stay here again. The rooms are comforting, clean, and beautiful without being too much, the grounds are clean and the area is quiet/safe. Oh and I LOVE the biscuits and gravy! Thanks Holiday Inn Express for being so awesome and welcoming. ^-^

We arrived late Friday night/early Saturday morning– we get all settled in our room and finally get to relax and we grab the remote to see what’s on TV and the power button does not work at all. I take it down to front desk(wait 3 – 5 min for someone) thinking it’s just the batteries and they can replace them. Not the case. Supposedly they are ordering all new remotes because this has been a «reoccurring issue.» She told me to just use power button on the actual TV. I let that slide because I am so exhausted. Once I am ready for bed, I get up to turn tv off(annoying) and realize I can hear EVERYSINGLESTEP that anyone takes on the floor above me. I live an apartment in OKC and I have never heard my neighbors the way I could in this hotel room. Needles to say, my bad and I got horrible sleep because the people above us were up walking around at 5:30 am and we had just arrived at 1 a.m. I went down to the front desk to complain and asked if anyone else had ever made a complaint(I normally never complain) and the manager said, «Yes, we have had others, but there is not much we can do.» Thanks, but no thanks. If you’re wanting any sleep at all, I highly recommend you stay someplace else.

There’s nothing here that makes me say this place deserves 5 stars because it’s not a 5 star resort. It’s equivalent to a Best Western or Ramada Inn. Hot breakfast is good. Front desk staff is friendly. Beds are comfortable. Maid service and maintenance are in need of help. The maid only cleaned our room 50%; one bed was made, one wasn’t, the dirty linens were not removed, nor were the coffee supplies refilled. It’s not a new hotel; it’s partially renovated. The soft goods were replaced(except for the curtains), but the hard goods were not. Cheap renovation. One night we lost sleep because the walls are so thin we could hear the people above us walking around; and yes we did complain. I’d stay again if the price was less than $ 80/night.

Nice hotel. Prices are low too! Got a suite here for $ 130. Cheap compared to California prices at least.

Nice, clean room and bathroom, double beds, hot hot water(just the way I like it, yay), friendly staff, and hot breakfast 630−930a. Modern, contemporary lobby décor; cute! The only thing I didn’t like were the thin walls. You can hear everything; walking, stomping, running, talking, doors opening and closing, etc. Next time my preference will be to stay on the 3rd floor to avoid some of that. Overall, good stay!

Stayed here for 2 nights for the tough mudder and state fair. We’re a traveling military family, and enjoyed everything about this stay. Dawn and crew at the front desk are awesome. Haven’t had great service like that in awhile. Every dollar is worth staying. Room was clean, fresh, and beds were comfortable. Accommodated my needs and treated us like visiting family. We will stay here again. It’s now on our list of top fav.

My first visit to this hotel was in 2008, with the BASF Gulf Coast Hurricane Team. I have stayed here on multiple occasions, when in the area on business. We are always greeted with a friendly smile. The rooms are always well kept and very clean. I would have to search hi and low to find something that was less than above average. When I arrived for my most recent visit I was greeted by Dawn at the front desk. It was obvious to me this employee loves her job, loves people and knows she can make a positive impact on her guests. If I were a business owner, I would want her on my team!

We were put up here by my boyfriends work and it was a great experience! The rooms were spacious and everything looks very sleek and modern. Free breakfast was filling including eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy along with the normal continental items. Overall a great experience

Terrible experience. We booked a room more than a month in advance through their special events coordinator. They called the day before and said they had no room. We had a hard time getting the manager to contact us. The manager Christopher was very apathetic. This left us scrambling to find a new location.

Super clean! Super friendly staff! Big rooms, comfy beds with pillow options! Reasonably priced. Breakfast was not amazing mists specifically the eggs… but the biscuits and cinnamon rolls were pretty good. The staff and the cleanliness far outweigh some blah eggs!

I booked this room thinking it was overpriced for the area but in the area i needed to be in for the weekend. I arrived to a nice clean hotel. They had lemonade & cookies in the lobby. Only one staff member at check-in so i had a short wait but it wasnt very busy at the time. Requested the highest floor and they accomodated. Received candy and bottled water for being a frequent stay member. The room was gorgeous. Nice king size bed, couch, flat screen tv, ceiling fans… etc. Modern décor and appeared to be brand new. Everything was clean. Definitely better than i expected for a Holiday inn. The breakast each morning was good and there were several items to choose from. Eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, pastries, yogurt, fruit, cereal, various types of juice, coffee… I enjoyed the free bkfast & i LOVED my stay. Highly recommended.

Typical highway hotel. Room smelled like a cat box(that’s a first in my wandering). Walls are thin. Could hear conversations on both sides and from room ABOVE us. Could hear every door open and close on our end of the hall. Bkfst ended at 9:30, which seems kinda early for a weekend. On the positive side, temperature was easily controlled. Hotel is sited a bit off the highway, so highway noise wasn’t a problem. Beds were comfortable and clean. Front desk clerks were friendly.

I was sick, I was tired, I was a pill to be swallowed! They were great, I had problems that were legitimate but all in all the way these problems get dealt with is what counts and this property dealt with them in a great manor! I could have deducted a star for some hiccups but I will chalk them up to being new on the job, beyond that the whole experience was as good as it could be, love the breakfast, love the rooms, love the property!

In my experience, Holiday Inn Express is rather hit or miss these days. This one, however, is better quality than many in its class of any brand. Part of that has to do with age… this place seems to be very new. The décor is modern and sleek. The surrounding neighborhood leaves something to be desired, but if you’re driving the trip downtown or to many other Dallas attractions isn’t too far. Of course, you have to award extra points for those famous HI cinnamon rolls at the complimentary breakfast.
