I’ve been storing my stuff in a climate-​controlled unit here for at least four years. I was locked in at a pretty competitive price, and it hasn’t increased since then. The area is always kept up and clean. I’ve had a few issues where my card was charged twice in one month because it wasn’t charged the previous month, but that’s happened only two or three times in four or five years. And they always call to tell me about any changes (like with ownership last year). Some of these storage places can be pretty shady, but this one in DeSoto isn’t run by shysters. I’ll be emptying my unit soon since I’m buying a bigger house, but if I need a unit in the future, I’ll most likely return here.
