My husband and I went here last weekend. We’re always looking for diamonds in the rough b/c we don’t really like food chains. I ordered the Fiesta Nachos and he ordered the Taco Plate. The presentation was okay but the taste was very mediocre. Burrito Express focuses on quantity and not quality. The portions are pretty big but the flavors aren’t there. I won’t be revisiting this place.

I loved it the big burrito and fiesta nachoes… they were enough for 2 people to eat… great food

The only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars was the time it took to get my meal. There were no cars in front of me so I was a little perturbed by the wait time of 20+mins. I am a stickler for customer service and I will def be coming back on that alone. The two young ladies who took my order as well as handed it to me was very polite and engaging. I loved that everyone was wearing gloves and the place looked clean. The food is typical Tex-Mex however, the salsa Verde is one of a kind! I loved the presentation of the food as well as the taste! I will def come back.

i didn’t have to wait like some of the other reviews but the wait was worth it. i was told about the huge burritos but i wasn’t in the mood so i ordered the tacos. they are the size of street tacos. i ordered the steak tacos and chips and salsa with rice and beans. it was good. they don’t take amex so i can’t go on the company dime but will be back.

Very good quick food for decent price. The wait is worth it since they make it the food when ordered

Burrito and beer and wine spot near our house. All of their Burrito are off the chain. Especially breakfast Burrito. My husband I have been going there almost every weekend ever since we tried first time. Don’t recommend Nacho though. It got soggy really fast and use substandard cheese sauce. Pricing is pretty good except if you ask for addtional toppings. They will nickle and dime you for those.

I’ve been here a few times and decided to write a review. This is a good burrito place. Have not tried their tacos but I will. You must stop and give it a try, you will love it

It has taken me a moment to decide if I liked this place or not, but after a few trips and the realization that I can get Mexican Coke and Beer in a drive-thru, I was ready to finally give a rating. When you first arrive at Burrito Xpress, you will immediately notice that it is just a taco shack. There are no areas to sit and eat or anything like that. You have the option of ordering from the window or the drive-thru. The first time I ordered the Fiesta Nachos I was giving a bit of side-eye because it was $ 8. To my surprise, the order was huge and the container was filled to the brim. They also won me over with their high cheese usage. While the ingredients aren’t the best in the world by a long shot, they are definitely decent for fast food nachos. The only thing I’ll say that was too much for me was the salsa. It is good, but way too hot. Also, you will have quite a bit of a wait in the line despite there being maybe one car in front of you. I wish I could say more, but my experiences there were just not very amazing to be honest. They weren’t bad, but they just weren’t great. A-OK definitely sums it up.

Food is great and cheap. My favorite dishes are tortas(the big version) and the quesadillas. Staff is friendly, and food is made fresh on the spot.

Very good breakfast burrito. I had the sausage & egg. The eggs were soft and not dried out. The sausage tasted very well cooked. Even the picante sauces tasted good.(I myself mixed some of the green with the red)

Update 11/25/2015 — They are officially closed and are now a Henderson Chicken… I was skeptical because it is merely a drive up little small place but I tried it anyway! Their food is real Mexican food and is so delicious and cost effective!!!

Crispy tacos are a poor excuse for tex-mex the meat looks and tastes like it has been reheated several times and the Meat was a little dry and hard with a greasy taste and a lot of gristle. Their Breakfast Burritos are also seriously lacking, They do not know how to make a proper Chorizo and Egg Burrito.

Burrito Express is a drive-thru only Mexican establishment that recently opened in 2012. They have BOMB quesadillas and nachos, AND they have chorizo! I love the chorizo burrito(although I had to stop ordering it to lose weight…). Give the Fiesta Nachos a try. They have all the toppings and is ridiculously filling. The salsas are watery, but full of heat. My 1 wish is they would offer a «regular» tomato salsa for the chips. I love that I live close by. You usually have to wait a few min while they cook up your food, but it’s worth it! Ask for coupons.
