Braum’s Ice Cream & Dairy Stores

I have yet to go through this drive-​thru and not be told to pull up behind the last car waiting. I find this rather ridiculous considering this is a fast food restaurant. The fact that I am literally writing this review as I wait in line is somewhat annoying.
Oh look another car has pulled up behind me. And we’re still waiting. :-/​
I miss my old Braum’s in Hillsboro in route to Fort Hood. It was always on point with the customer service. This one on the other hand, always has me feeling some type of way.
The service was extra poor today. How do you wait 20 mins and still have cold fries and a cold burger? WTF?! All my food was cold. I’ve sat in line for 20 mins and got cold food. I just cannot. I cannot deal. Now I’m hangry AF.
No one seems to care. It’s almost as if we’re a nuisance to them. This is the closet Braum’s to me. But to stay as a paying customer. I need to venture to a new location or give it up completely.
*sighs*

Stopped in for a #1… Upgrade my drink to my fav shake (vanilla with strawberry topping)!!! Way better than the actual strawberry shake… Good food made to order. Which is the primary reason for the slow service. So if you want fast food go to the place with soybeans pink slime and the 18 ingredients to make frys.

This place has pretty slow service. My husband wanted to grab a chocolate soft serve ice cream and it took the lady forever. We pulled up to the drive through and we had to wait. Not to mention there was a long line ahead of us in the drive through that had to pull over because they didn’t have their food ready. The ice cream was pretty good. The best soft serve ice cream.

Find a different location. The women that were working here took forever to do anything and I got blank stare responses from more than one of them. I just wanted a cup for water to go with my shake, it’s not that hard!
The lady on the fryer and the manager seemed to be on par, but all the high school aged girls on the register could really learn how to have some kind of urgency at lunch time on a Sunday. There were more people on staff than in the restaurant and it still took over five minutes to take our order even though there wasn’t a line when we walked in.
Our food took another 10 – 15 minutes.
The food itself was good enough, but we should have driven a couple more miles to the next location.
