Disgusting! I booked for a non-​smoking room. Not only did I get a smoking room, it was very unclean. I immediately went to talk to the mgr and she yelled at me it was the only room available because she had reservations. I asked what happened to my reservation and why I was placed in smoking room. She wouldn’t answer and i didn’t want to argue more it was midnight. The second room was worse and dirtier than the first. I left and stayed at the motel 6 across the street for less and got a spotless room.

I will never go back here again! Bed bugs! Very noticeably unclean! The female manager actually yelled at me! I complained online but was informed it’s private business and nothing would be done about it.

Got a great rate on this place for a double room… I knew it was too good to be true.
When we got inside the room, we weren’t happy with it and used the restroom since the office restroom was broken. We called the front desk to ask for a different room and were told because we used the bathroom we could not change rooms. (I have been an employee for high end hotel chains and have never heard of this policy.)
Next, it was quiet for the most part. We had someone try and pick the lock while we were sleeping. It woke me up, and we asked the front desk about it. We were told it was probably the front desk checking the room since someone just checked out?
Very strange. We decided to set in the car and listen to music and enjoy the stars and then police came around shining lights, saying there was complaints of someone sitting in the car too long?
Needless to say, we checked out. Too many strange things, trap doors in the bathroom, strange mirrors in the room. Even Motel 6 is not this bad!
STAY AWAY!!!
