They people they do have working in the pharmacy that have been here for the last couple years, are usually knowledgeable and do their jobs… they just never have enough staff on hand and the line takes forever. No matter what time of day you come… drive thru, or inside. Expect to wait. That’s what happens when big business comes before customer service. I miss small town pharmacies like where I grew up.

I’ve never had a problem with the pharmacy but I can say they are always busy expect to wait for medication… If they tell you an hour they mean the next day! Sometimes the next day means after 2! The front counter staff I love all except this one older lady with black hair, she is always to rude to myself and husband. We have seen her ignore us when we say hello how are you and start friendly chatting with others that walk in. Never did anything to this lady and o hate when I walk in and see her working maybe she’s having a bad day all the time, maybe we offended her at some point! I don’t know but she’s very rude and nasty to us!!! Thank god she’s not there all the time!

The staff in the pharmacy are the worst! I filled a prescription there for my son, gave the ins and rx card and only got the ins card back. I searched every corner of my car (in their driveway, holding up other customers) the girl was so clueless and kept going on that she didn’t steal it, which I didn’t even accuse her of in the first place, I told her she must’ve misplaced it and is somewhere in the pharmacy. I spoke to the manager, some Asian guy, he was even more defensive and combative and couldn’t care less. This place is ghetto ghetto GHETTO! Stay away!

The front staff in Walgreens are really nice (retail). Unfortunately, the pharmacy (who you’d expect to be professional) are probably the worst ever. They are soo rude and very uneducated. And i dont mean a college education. They speak to you like you are bothering them. I ended up going somewhere else. (CVS).was really frustrated and upset about having to drive to CVS… but leaving the Walgreens pharmacy was the better choice. Unfortunately most ppl have no choice but to go to the few choices in DHS. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Would not recommend getting your meds filled here I had decided to switch up to dhs from cvs in cathedral city after living up here for three years. And worst mistake ever. I took meds to get switch cvs said it’s simple take empty containers and the will call and refill. Yeah no didn’t happen. Went one night and girl was was sweet didn’t get her name and she said meds would be ready by morning which was fine I still had a few days left. Well when I went In the morning the lady was rude made us wait at drive thru and there was nobody inside and said it takes 24 – 48 hours for meds to be transferred I told her what I was told last night and she was rude and said well it’s not ready bye. Instead of apologizing for there mistake. So I checked few days after and suprised not ready :(I was really frustrated as I was out of medication. Finally it took my husband to call manager and complain after that it was ready half an hour funny how things work and sad you have to complain and speak to a manager to get things done. Also I just picked meds up and girl was rude than ever and made us wait a long time to repeat her self over and over again when my card was already there and just waiting about thirty min at drive thru. Needless to say when she asked if I wanted a Walgreens card I said no I won’t be coming back. To Von’s we go hopefully I have a much better experience there.

Great customer service. Friend left her make up bag back at home so she had to buy everything just for Coachella weekend for replacement. This Hispanic lady (sorry I didn’t get your name, I thought it’d be on the receipt) helped us out and we were using our phones to search for equivalent to MAC products. The lady knew exactly where it was when we named it. Amazing! Then she offered to ring us up as well at the cosmetic register. Good good good.
Friend bought everything for $ 60. Expensive! Luckily, I had my rewards and it let me use my points towards the purchase!

My new find! I love this Walgreens! Their prices are good, the store is clean and bright, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Also, it’s worth coming here just because you can get in and out in a hurry. I seem to spend more time in the checkout lines at other stores in the area than I actually do shopping.

I love coming here to have prescriptions filled. The pharmacy staff is always so kind and helpful. Vicky and Alma are the best.
