I believe the conditions are nonhabitable and unsanitary. The living conditions here for the residents are substandard, in my opinion. I question the habitability of some homes. Upon some investigation seems there may be 5 — 6 Mobile Homes that were red tagged by the City that have never been removed. It seems as if unsuspecting families are dwelling in these homes that owner of park donates with no clear title than collects space rent of 435.00. the owner of the park even tried to have a grandmother who is taking care of her elderly husband and 3 grandchildren pay 100.00 dollars extra for each of her grandchildren(300.00) more every month on top of 435,00 rent for an delapted Mobile Home he gave her ! It has been close to a year sincethe owner of the park donated the Mobile Home and she still gets the run around on the paper work for clear title. Why is that? Are the DMV fees due for years? Or was this one of the mobile homes condemned by the City or both perhaps! I see a fire trap with no way out for this family!
Who would be responsible if someone lost their life by living in a condemned home? Such callous actions of the owner’s of park and the management company! Creating Safety and Health hazards for their residents? Just this week they have a had a sewer pumping company on premise twice, I have seen with my own eyes raw sewage seeping into the laundry room, rest rooms, and showers. The cause of this is The Tamarisk trees roots have gotten into the sewer lines, the only way to solve this problem is the removal of the roots up, to clear the lines. Yet both the owners and Management Company ignore the problem and the health safety for residents and vacationers alike. TMF has moved our RV out of the ghetto! The manager of the park has perchant for calling the Sherriff’s her soul and energy are very dark, her actions are that of a trouble maker! The Management company is run from a P.O. Box in Irivne Their company is listed under the umbrella company Western Manufactured Housing Communities Association 455 Capitol Mall, Suite 800 Sacramento, CA95814 (916) 448‑7002 E-mail: only pays membership to obtain all pertinant infomation.
