I paid the«$ 8 for $ 12» Unilocal deal thinking I was getting a great bargain. After I signed in, I told the lady what I wanted and she wrote down next to my name«$ 13.» The haircut was fine but when I showed her my coupon, she didn’t know what to do so she asked her supervisor. The supervisor told her to honor it. She then increased the price of the haircut to $ 18(without any explanation), which means I only received $ 12 credit. I paid the balance but I felt ripped off and as a result, I am never going back to this place.

I went in to get my hair curled… and ended up insulted and tortured. Everyone knows you comb curly hair starting at the bottom and with a wife toothed come no this lady used the skinniest comb she could find the black ones you use for men or short wet hair… I made it obvious I was in pain saying ouch making faces she didn’t care she also suggested I get a hair cut because my hair was do dry it looked«UGLY» seriously her exact words… her work wasn’t very good either not worth the pain & insult

I would like to say my experience with the newer stylist was fantastic. I moved out here about a year ago n have not found a person til now who could cut my style … they say they could then BOTCH it up, but not only did she do a great job she gave me a lil change up n style which I asked her for and she delivered… Thank you Quick cuts, One Happy Camper

Number one, they need to change their name because they are not as quick as they claim to be. Number two, they don’t acknowledge anyone that walks in through their doors. The new employees are very rude & seem to be very careless. Listen, I’m all about customer service & customer satisfaction. If your customers don’t have a GREAT experience they’re not going to want to come back. I never really say this, but I don’t plan on ever coming back to QuickCuts.

I always get my hair done with Grace, and I am never disappointed. The best part of it is not only does she treat my hair, color and do why I ask but she explains future treatment and how my hair will change the following days after a few washes and exposure to sun. I will be coming back for many years to come. Also my kids have all had their first haircuts here, very patient and friendly. The only downside is they have lollipops for kids to grab and they usually do also they don’t ask before handing my kids candy which can be a bit irritating sometime but that might just be part of them trying to be friendly.

Where shall I begin. It is very hard finding a barber or stylist who can cut bi-racial hair or multi-racial hair ethnic Spanish hair. I assumed that the bi-racial child who was standing in front of his mother’s car with the hair cut I wanted for my child got his hair cut here. First, when someone says I do not know how to cut this type of hair and my son’s hair grows out straight like a Mexican, that should not have been an issue. If you cut hair, you cut hair. So the other stylist did his hair who did a botched job. She lined him up to the point of receding. A line up is shaping the hair up around his face. This went past his hair line like some black men who have a receding hair line. She then tried to swoop it to the side. I asked her to keep his curls. She cut it down with a 4 blade but instead of going straight back, she cut is hair off in the pattern of a maze. I am thinking no problem he has«good hair or what is deemed as good hair». Now he has not a curl and his hair is straight and thick like a Mexican. His signature was his curls, and then she had the audacity to put gel in his hair and tell him this is good gel. I showed the woman the pictures, and the lady I wanted to cut his hair was the one who said she couldn’t cut his type of hair. Can anyone in this desert cut hair? The only thing good about this experience is I know the type of hair cut he wants. Just disappointed. I love the sign they have posted, no refunds on service. I paid another method and even tipped. This shop will be closed soon too.

I took my boys here to get their hair cut on Saturday, August 24th. This was not our first visit I think we were pushing haircut number 4 and had been satisfied until this point. So I tell the barber, the last one on the left side, to give my baby boy(4yrs old) a zero, I like his hair cut low. Well, my baby was unhappy with his cut, when a 4 year old says«I don’t like my hair cut» you know there is a problem. When I saw his hair I flipped out, how do you not know how to cut hair. This child was not moving or being antsy yet, he has patches of hair all over his head. Then chick had the nerve to get an attitude and start talking crazy to the next customer. Talking about she asked for zero. I don’t care if I said 0, 1, 2 or 3 the cut should be EVEN all over. I tried not to go there with her, trying to set an example for my children but, I admit, I failed that test. I did use some foul language and I didn’t pay for that cut and will NEVER pay for another cut at this establishment. I will go somewhere else, maybe a place that understands low fade or just take off a little or cut it low. Not what number you want. Seriously, learn real barber speak. Also my oldest boy didn’t get the cut I asked for either and both the barbers cut up my boys’ necks. This posed a question, how often do barbers nick customers and not clean their clippers? Neither one of them cleaned their clippers before or after servicing my boys and you cut them both. I had to really clean their necks, hopefully they don’t get an infection.

My regular barbershop was crowded this morning and I hate waiting. So I went to the VFW… and it was still closed. So instead of sitting outside in my car for half an hour, I decided to get my hair cut here. Parking can be a challenge here, since it’s located in a popular strip mall, but not today. No waiting inside at all. However, customer service was a little lacking. The barber carried on a conversation in Spanish with her coworker the entire time she cut my hair. Of course, when she was using the clippers she needed to speak very loudly to be heard… right behind my head. However, my haircut was only $ 9.50 and I’m very happy with it.
