I guess their hours of operations is merely a suggestion. I drove from 29 Palms Marine base to enjoy a traditional platter of pupusas which I haven’t had since my last visit to El Salvador 8 months ago prior to deploying to Iraq.
The worst part is that there were people in the back who prior to walking up to the door was enjoying a meal and beer which were still left on the table. Good luck to that hole in the wall place.

Food is amazing ! But the last time I went I waited for about 30 – 40 min and I asked if it was almost ready and they haven’t even stated making it! Very disappointed

Food was great! Pupusas were outstanding!
Fried Yuca with chicharron was great! One the best ones I’ve tried.
Could improve on cleaning the place a bit more. It does give you a good impression, but overall the food tasted pretty good.

This place is uh-​mazing. Tucked in a corner of a shopping center, it redefines hole in the wall. If you’re in a huge hurry then take a chill pill and just cuz everything is made to order. We ordered 2 pupusas and 2 soups and we had to take the chicken one home because it comes with fried chicken AND rice.
I’ll definitely come back when I’m back in the desert.
