Place is now closed :(was an ok place when it was open. There Harlem ave location is still open.

I’m not entirely sure what brand of crazy is happening at this store. I called looking for a used 3ds xl. They had one in stock… great…199.99…wait what? 199 for a used 3ds xl? Can buy them new for 199 all day every day at any store that carries them with a full year warranty. Seems odd to charge the exact price of a new one when it is in fact not new at all. Even Gamestop isn’t that silly with their pricing and that’s saying a lot. Avoid this place if you are looking for used pricing.

This place is small but they have quite a selection.
I did find a ps1 game that I had been looking for to complete a series. Granted it was a little less then ebay pricing; but hey I got to take it home right then and there.

I wanted to like this place, even after the XBOX I bought kept locking up after 30 min of play. I even tried to look past the faulty controller that must have had a short in the cable which caused the XBOX to keep pausing and telling me to reconnect and press start. There was that 30 day guarantee on the box and receipt reassuring me that they would get me back in the retro game, and that would make it all better, right?
Well, my return trip 3 days after buying the «refurbished» unit didn’t work out as well as I hoped. First off, if this was my business, I would be apologetic to the customer, especially if he was being cool about his issues. Instead, I felt like the employee either wasn’t sure how to handle the issue or he thought I was pulling a scam because he seemed very put out to be helping me out. I’m giving them a BIG ZERO for customer service.
He gave me another unit, but told me that he had to keep my original receipt. «Umm, so what if I have issues with this one?» he just repeated that they need the receipt for the return. «I guess you’ll vouch for me if there is something wrong with this one?» I asked, but he wouldn’t commit. I should have asked him to plug it in there, but I trusted that they actually care about their customers and that they are really thoroughly checking out these units before reselling. I guess I expected too much.
Unfortunately, the second XBOX has a DVD Drive that does not open and I no longer have a receipt to do anything. Oh, and the video cord seems to have a short in it.
Oh well, I guess I’ll just do a SoftMod, put in a bigger hard drive and load it up with a bunch of XBOX ISOs, emulators and ROMs via a networked connection since I never plan on going back to that place again. I guess they won’t have a chance to sell me any of those high priced used games they were offering.
Save your money and time folks. There are other places around that will sell you the same stuff they are selling, plus there is always EBAY and craigslist.

Awesome selection of videogames. New and used. From classics to Wii U, PS4 and Xbox One. Looking for Super Mario RPG for SNES they have it! Classic consoles to from N64 to GBA. Really good prices! Lots of Nintendo DS games.
