Ive always come here and had the same lady serve me every single time. But tonight i had a different person and he was horrible, didnt even say hi, and got my orders messed up, and when i paid he just threw my receipt on the counter and just walked away, didnt even say thank you or anything. I came in at 10 pm and i was the only cusomer there.

They were out of everyhting, chips, soda, proteins… whats the point of coming here if you have such a limited selction? The staff isn’t that friendly either.

Worst Subway ever. The employees are not friendly, they skimp on the toppings, and even skimp on the meat. On a 6″ sub, they only give 3 pieces of meat instead of 4 at all other places (same with the foot longs, 6 slices instead of 8).

Avoid this Subway restaurant if possible. The quality of their foods lacks that of other Subway restaurants in the area. Their vegetables are usually not fresh and it shows. The Subway on Golf Road in Des Plaines is much better. I have visited this location 3 times and will not be coming back. Each visit just confirmed my suspicions: the place is run on the cheap and the food is no exception.
