I paid for a set of 4 treatments, scheduled on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Apparently, they lost a technician and now I’m supposed to find time to drive out there for appointments on all the other days of the week.
Would they make a technician pick up hours to accommodate my already scheduled appointments? Of course not.
Would they refund my unused portion? Of course not.
I did not use groupon.

It’s such a rip off. I bought tattoo removal $ 99 from group on. I had 4 session done today. Tried to get a next appointment but they said I already started new session today and I have to pay for full session for next appointment. I was upset that after 3 session done, they didn’t tell me that next session is a new session and pay for it.
So after 3rd session, I don’t see much improvement of my tattoo removed. And they don’t sure how much more session I should go either. They can take me as far as they want to. And no gurenteed for your tattoo will be gone.
They are saying it’s cheap compared to other laser shop. How many time to I have to invest my money on that is not even improving?
Listen ppl, don’t get rip off your money in here.
I made a biggest mistake in my life to purchase it from Groupon.
Won’t ever buy anything from Groupon.

Great spa offering a variety of things. From facials to tattoo removal. Pricing is reasonable and I always ask for Sabrina. Sabrina is always so hospitable, accommodating, welcoming and gets the job done. I’ll keep coming back to see her.

I’ve had a few laser tattoo removal treatments already. The place is nice and staff is friendly enough but after my treatment Sabrina was applying Aquaphor gel? to my tats that were BLEEDING and she was using the same tongue depressor! This is not a multi-​use container and my concern is she’s bringing my blood in contact with the entire container, she must have done this before. I will not go back because of this. Cross contamination of blood born pathogens anyone? Here’s a picture of the table. The large jar is the one she repeatedly dips the applicator into to apply on your broken skin.

Had my first appointment today for tattoo removal. Sabrina and the staff were super friendly and laid back. Treatment was fast and efficient. I even received a bunch of extra ice packs! I have had this procedure done before at a different clinic and Renu was a much better experience. You cant beat the pricing and the location is super easy to get in and out of. 5 stars and 2 enthusiastic thumbs up!

I really like this place. I bought the hair laser groupon deal for my under arms. Amy was the laser technician. She was very nice and friendly to me. It usually takes about 15 minutes for my under arms and it doesn’t hurt at all. After I was done with my 6 treatments. I went back to see Amy for the fraxel treatment. I don’t have to shave my under arms anymore. I had to take a Metra train from downtown to this place and it was totally worth it.
I wish this place was located in downtown of Chicago so I could go back more often. Thank you so much Amy. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking to remove tattoos! I used a Groupon and saved a heck of a lot money by doing so. Check them out and ask for Sabrina, she is great! I’ve been here three times already and I am impressed with the results thus far.

I got a great offer from them for laser resurfacing and decided to do it. It was 2 days ago and I’m still healing. The procedure went very well and I’m sure I’ll be happy with the results. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I have also been there for laser hair removal and was pleased with the results.

I started on the hCG injections after trying every diet and diet pills on the market. I noticed a significant loss of inches almost immediately, and weight loss from the first day, 4 lb. I continued the injections for 20 days. I thought i needed to lose so much weights, but after losing only 16 lb I had dropped a few dress sizes. The best part is that i lost only fat not muscle weights.
I never had any side effects. I was surprisingly not hungry on the diet. Although the hCG diet consisted only of 500 calories, it was enough and the food I was allowed to eat kept me feeling full most of the time. I lost the 16 lbs without much effort.
I am really happy with the result and recommend it for everybody that wants a super easy way to lose weight.

As soon as you walk in this place you feel welcome there is no moody people which you usually see… if you know what i mean. Dr. Patel is just amazing he sits down and consults with you he listens to what you have to say and answer to any concerns… not like a typical doctor. I actually had my first Botox today and i am amazed. I heard horror stories of swelling and redness and even paralized face yup… no the man knows his stuff i have no problem what so ever i went home right away nobody knew i got anything done!!! This is a place you can definately trust and succeed in what you want done!!! I definately recommend to see Dr. Patel and his team!!!

This place is amazing! I met with Dr. Patel to discuss laser hair removal and other cosmetic procedures. He is a very patient and kind and was happy to answer all my questions and concerns. I have since been back for 3 laser hair removal treatments and the results are incredible. The esthetician Kelly suggested I try chemical peels to help lift the sun damage from the summer. I have had 4 peels and my skin looks the best its ever looked. Kelly is fantastic and is very knowledgeable about the glo skin care and makeup they sell. I love love love my new skin care and makeup regimen. I have gotten several compliments on my skin since I started treatments at ReNu. They offer great specials and promotions and always follow up after treatments. I have been to other med spas in the area and in the city and ReNu is definitely the best!
