Quoted $ 29 on the phone. Guy showed up in 10 mins. PROBLEM: he charged $ 180 for something that I was quoted $ 29 for. They failed to mention the $ 15 service call fee and the lock was $ 160 to pick.
I tried to call the company and complain because that’s not what I was quoted and they hung up on me. I called back and asked for the address so I could file a BBB complaint and they said they didn’t have one.
SHADY, SHADY, SHADY! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, EVEN IF YOU’RE DESPERATE as most people locked out of their home/​car are.
