Not much to add to the other positive reviews, but I thought I’d write this one to show that they are still going strong! They installed a tricky HVAC in my apartment. They provided a detailed estimate and the owner Dan called to answer any questions. The price was competitive and after we approved them there was no problems with scheduling the appointment or the end result.

Scheduled a service call to have them clean my A/​C unit. These guys were great. They arrived in the scheduled time frame. They were professional, quick and thorough. They even had a sense of humor. My A/​C unit is working better than ever.

I have used B&G Service before to maintain and service my air conditioners, and they have given me good service. However, this time, my experience with them was a nightmare! The previous week when I made the appt., I was told business was slow. My mother’s health was critical, and I explained that she could die at any moment, so I wanted to be the first service in the morning. The appt. was made with Dan the owner, who has serviced my home before.
My mother passed away shortly before the appt., and I had much to do for her services. During the weekend prior to my appt., I was called that he would be at my home between 10 – 1 p.m. We had a very hot weekend, so everyone now wanted Dan’s services.
It was 1:30, but no Dan. I called the office, and they asked me if he hadn’t called me, for he was running late. I told them no, so they said he would call me, and his office would call me back. They never called me back. Dan didn’t arrive until 3:30 and didn’t finish until 5:45, and I lost an entire day. He explained that he had an appt. downtown, and two others in the building wanted him, so he blew me off regardless of our conversation about my mother’s health and my time constraints.
Anyone who has had to make fineral arrangements knows there are a lot of details, plus added stress is not needed. Dan didn’t even offer me a discount for putting me through this ordeal. I will never use such an inconsiderate service again.

If you’re getting A/​C work done, these are the guys for the job! Professional, thorough, and quick. The price was right, and they didn’t even complain about our screwy building.
Dan-​the owner-​is very nice, and will find you a reconditioned unit if the price is too high.
They scheduled me right away, and did the work in a timely manner. They paid attention to details, and were considerate enough to let us know that we should warn our neighbors about the loud noise that would accompany them cutting through our wall.
Outstanding work – you will NOT be disappointed!

We’ve used these guys for years. I’ve never been disappointed in their work. They even clean up after themselves. Keeping my home cold for almost 15 years now. The best A/​C guys around! They even do central heat/​air!
