Ordered on a Sunday afternoon at 3pm… took close to 2 hours to deliver. I will NEVER order Pizza Hut again. There are multiple pizza places to order from that are 1) just as cheap 2) have better food 3) infinitely better customer service. I am 100% done with this joke of a pizza chain.

The lady wanted pizza. I had tons of locally owned suggestions but she insisted on Pizza Hut. Who is this woman?
We ordered online. For $ 20 we go a large pan pizza, a side and a 2-​liter. Not a bad price for a meal that would easily serve 4. They quoted us a $ 30 minute delivery time but it took closer to an hour.
But is Pizza Hut pizza good? Sadly it satisfies, but is truly mediocre. The pan crust is buttery and chewy. But the toppings suck, and they skimp on them. The pizza poppers that came as our side was actually better than the pizza. It was basically a pepperoni bosco stick.
There are so many better pizza places… in this area I’d suggest A’mis or Red-​L… but when the wife insists on Pizza Hut, you better order it.

They need to improve in all areas such as, staffing drivers, accuracy making pizzas with the requested toppings, stocking and ordering ingredients to bake basic pizzas, customer service, employee retention, basic management skills, admitting fault when they fall below expectations, compensation for inferior service, and all around business practice. I would highly recommend to every pizza lover any frozen pizza over doing business with this location.
