I have been wearing glasses since I was seven years old (thanks genetics!) I’ve had countless eye exams and glasses over the years. I had a great optometrist in Milwaukee that I was sad to leave (shout out Dr. Veth!). Upon moving to Des Moines I had some HSA money left in the year and they were close by on Ingersoll avenue.
I got an appointment within a few days. When I arrived the building is modern, bright and clean. My exam with Dr. Haag went really well with him explaining any questions I had. Dr. Haag is personable and professional. I ordered glasses with their «Truck Sale». When my glasses arrived I got a text message and email letting me know, super convenient. I unfortunately had to take advantage of their 30 day return policy as I chose a frame that was too large, thus making my near sighted lenses too heavy. They were sliding down my face in winter, I could for see much annoyance in warmer months. It was not a problem to return them, pick out a new frame, I was wearing my new glasses within a week. The office staff is super helpful at finding frames that look great on you. They don’t try to sell you the most expensive ones either — often looking in the back for deals.
I have the highest accolades for Vogue Vision. They deliver the highest customer service in eye care I’ve ever experienced.

My wife and I have both used vogue vision for years. The Eye doctor goes to my church. I am totally satisfied with the service of vogue vision at this location.

This is the first time I’ve used Vogue Vision for a routine vision test.
The vision test and contact lens fitting test were typical, but something happened to me for the first time in 15 years of coming to an eye-​doc. The optometrist took photographs of my eyeball and let me look at the pics on the laptop in the room. He explained the health of my eyes while pointing out the details in the pictures. That was unique and VERY interesting!
The front desk staff were friendly and I even joked with the one female associate about surviving a zombie apocalypse and having to wear glasses and hoping we don’t lose them.
Overall, I’m impressed. I bought some contacts and glasses and the staff were not pushy about making me buy something. The staff and optometrist were very helpful and welcoming. I will be coming back next year for sure!

Customer service is the best reason for visiting here. I always feel they take good care of me with my needs. Even after having a pair of glasses for 2 years and then had an issue with the lens, they made sure they did all they could to make it right. Highly recommended and a great experience!

Third time we’ve had to wait 30 minutes to see the dr, and the third time we were given a bold face lie excuse. When we called them on it, they were beyond rude. We will not go back and we will inform our insurance company of their lack of professionalism and integrity. Don’t waste your time here. Three strikes.

I LOVE Vogue Vision!
The eye exams are very thorough. I have had two done, as of now.
I have also bought 5 pairs of glasses here… I confess, I am obsessed with chic eyewear. It’s Vogue’s fault for carrying the most trendy glasses. Every time I wear my glasses from Vogue, I receive compliments. The opticians work with you to find frames that make your peepers POP!
I could go on about how wonderful Vogue is…
Call ahead to make sure they accept your insurance & you will be on your way to having fancy new frames!

I had a bad experience here so I am going to say that before I begin. I just wanted to get my glasses fixed and they were not willing to help. I would have paid to have it sent out but they did not seem particularly interested in doing this. Anyways, I went down to the east village and the optical shop was more then happy to me. I would go there instead; its on 5^th and locust.

Great service for Sunglasses. They spent more than an adequate amount of time with me, as I stopped in about 3 times prior to purchasing anything.
The staff was always willing to make suggestions and note any requirements for different frames. I was very satisfied with my purchase and experience. I love the new frames, and I will certainly be back for the April Trunk Show.

I came here two years ago, and was surprised today by the beautiful modern renovation that has transformed this business. Fantastic frame options, including my favorites: Prodesign from Denmark, and Ray Ban. Friendly helpful staff.
