We’re pong enthusiast and were so happy to find a place to play in Des Moines! It was large enough to accommodate several tables as well as other games. Plenty of place to take a break and drink a beverage(BYOB) or get your hand stamped and step out to a nearby pub. The entry fee is now $ 10 which seemed reasonable for all night access but a couple’s discount would be awesome. Fun place!

We had a great time. A group of us were in town for a conference(six of us from six different cities). Needed to unwind. Found Ricochet on Unilocal.Brad opened up for us early before a private party. The Ricochet is a loft that is not fancy, just fun. BYOB. Great place.

A large group came here for a friend’s 30th birthday party on a Saturday night. It just so happened to be Richocet’s «birthday» as well! The space is rather large with many fun things to play(ping pong, foosball, darts, etc). Or, if you’re not into being competitive, there is an area with couches and a large projection TV. There were a few other groups there and we were each able to have plenty of room. Some people sat on coolers for extra seating. It is BYOB and we also had our own food brought in. This is a nice option. If you’re looking for a place where everyone can enjoy a little friendly competition or just some conversation, this would be a great place!

I had a great time at Ricochet last Thursday night. I had never been there before but I was really impressed. It is a huge loft area above UP/Down. It costs $ 5 to get in and its BYOB so price can vary a lot depending on what you what to bring to drink if anything at all. Inside they have lots of different bar — like games. They have a huge table set up for an enormous beer pong game, several ping pong tables, a large dart center in the back, a pool table, bags, foosball tables and even a projector with an N64 hooked up. They had one large speaker hooked up playing some nice chill party music. It was never too loud and I had a great time playing pool, ping pong and the N64. The only down side is the fact they don’t serve any alcohol there, so when your supply runs dry you’ll have to leave to get more. But they do have some food you can buy, so that’s a plus. The place was very clean and had a very chill like vibe to it. Can’t wait to return again with another group of friends.
