Pizza Hut

There pizzas are good. But lately there services have gone down hill. There delivery time is always 2 plus hours and when you receive the delivery it’s usually cold so you have to reheat it back up. I don’t think I’ll keep using them much longer.

The absolute worst restaurant I ever ordered food from. I first called to order pizza then had to repeat my order over and over several times without success, I then had to ask for the manager. Once on the phone telling the manager my order, the manager asked me several times what the order was. Originally I was told the pizza would take 1 ½ hours to deliver. When 2 hours passed I called back to see what was taking the pizza so long and was told that the driver would be here in about 15 minutes. Well this was not correct because when about 20 minutes came and went I called back and was told the driver is on his way. By the time the pizza was actually delivered it was 3 ½ hours total in delivery time. Of course the pizza delivered was stone cold and had the wrong Crust and toppings on them. I ordered 3 large thin crust pizzas and received 4 medium hand tossed pizzas. Omg what a disaster I did give the kind delivery person a tip for his gas because, he’s not the one who made the mistake. The mistake was from the manager, poor customer service. I will be calling the corporate office very soon to relate my horrific experience. I had at my home full of people I invited a lot of people over for lunch and had to cook appetizers while waiting and waiting for the food. Well that was 73.00 dollars down the drain ‼‼‼worst Delivery in my entire life and I’m 53 ‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼

Worst uses call center cant talk to store. After repeated calls and over hour 30 wait cancelled order… not first time they fail. Close this location. Goto army post

This is one of the worst places to order food from. I have had multiple times where they have taken far too long to either deliver or give me my food for pick-​up. Other times they have screwed up my order. Yet other times they have not cooked my food thoroughly.
Disgusting. Plus management has tried multiple times to make it seem like it’s my fault.
Tip: spend a little extra on gas & go to the pizza hut on army post. Way better services & they have yet to screw up an order for me.

Just ordered online. After completing order and paying by credit card it said one hour and forty minutes for delivery. Called immediately and was told three to five business days to return payment to card. Told them I would pick up order. They informed me I would have to pay again and still wait for return of original payment. Not worth the hassle. Pizza ok at best.
