Super helpful greeters. Told me exactly where to go. Greeted by a friendly staff. Let in through the secure door. Visited my kiddo in the nursery. enjoyed the coo and sighs of the other kiddos there. Nurses really friendly and talkative. Easy in and out. Hand sanitizer available on the way in… USEIT.

Been here multiple times visiting friends or family who were sick or have had children. Their facilities are pretty nice with friendly staff. Usually when I visit I see a good amount of people waiting in the ER waiting area, from what I’ve heard the wait time is not long. The private rooms for mothers after birth are very spacious, clean, and nice. Mercy is one of the biggest hospitals in the metro and they do good work. Parking is a bit of a pain though, the lots are always full and it’s quite a walk to the entrance.

This place is a pretty bad. None of the employees are supported therefore they simply have given up. They will tell you as much. Calls are never returned even in somewhat dangerous situations. Bad medications are prescribed that actually cause problems. After seeing new doctors I now know that Mercy actually gave me problems with the medication they prescribed. I’m so glad I left.

When my grandfather was in mercy he had GREAT treatment. The rooms were fairly small and he didn’t really like the food, but who does in a hospital. ;) They have an awesome eighth floor garden that you can visit and a McDonald’s in the basement. They have buttons in their rooms in case they need the nurses, well he pushed the button and in 45 minutes they showed up. Here’s the catch I walked by all the nurses and they were all talking and laughing and eating snacky foods 15 minutes AFTER he pushed the button. They help you get better and for the most part he was happy, so I’m happy. You can also bring the patient food from outside. This is rated 3.5 stars.
