This McDonald’s is awful. Don’t use the drive thru because it is not fast. We consistently wait in the drive thru in the mornings for over 10 minutes for a cup of coffee. We will find another place for coffee, not going back.

The food is good but they gave me cold food, made me wait about 45 minutes just to get a egg mc muffin, and they have me the wrong order about 10 of 11 times. So now I refuse to go there with my kid after school because who knows what can happen next.

Stay away. Like other reviews my Buttermilk chicken, which looks good on the signs and commercials, was cooked in old oil, overcooked, dark brown and dry. The lettuce was bad, and I had to remove it. I complained to corporate, but felt the need to post a review. With so many choices these days, they need to step it up with these franchises, I won’t be back.

I’m slightly ashamed that I’m writing a review for Mc Donald’s because, well, it’s Mc Donald’s. I ordered a big mac which was fine except for the dry bun that fell apart while I ate it. Fries were okay but overly salted as usual. The thing that really got me was the guy at the drive through. A really young kid with shoulder length hair. cute actually, except he wouldn’t talk. No «hello» or «thanks» NADA This kid is not thrilled with Mc Donald’s either I take it?

This is your typical McDonalds. As for that, you can’t expect much as it’s a fast food restaurant. There was an occasion where they did get our order wrong, but it hasn’t happened lately. The fries sometimes taste like they use old oil to fry them, but other than that, everything else is pretty good.

There is not much to say, this is a Mcdonalds. They make cheap burgers, have good fries, cheap drinks, and good McNuggets. This particular McDonalds does not standout from the other ones around town. I have never had any problems.

This McD’s is not bad, but they upcharge $ 0.30 for a bottled water with your meal. Ironically, in Chicago, where the cost of living is higher, they only upcharge $ 0.25 for bottle water. Even more ironic is that the Chicago location I’m talking about is at Midway airport where everything is more expensive! Go figure! Service here was friendly and fast.

Our plane had arrived late into DSM and way past the time for a civilized lunch at maybe Centro or El Bait Shop. So after a long wait at baggage claim, my parents suggested ice cream before heading home to Ames.
I was thinking some cool little neighbourhood place. Gayle had Dairy Queen on her mind. Mom and Dad? McDonalds! And never mind that there was a Baskin Robbins a few steps away within the same shopping area. Maybe it’s generational, maybe it’s cheap, but out of Family love we all enjoyed our ice cream cones and sundaes.
