More and more e-​cig retailers are popping up in the Des Moines metro. Please make sure you take the time to be informed about all your options. Not all vape shops are there for your best interest.
Unfortunately this business has several locations and is well known in the metro area, but it is one of the worst. Like many people that first start they go to the place they see or one that is recommended.
I can not recommend this place at all. The customer service is horrible. What you are to them is just cash. When you walk in all they see are dollar signs. They really don’t care if you are coming in to try and completely stop smoking. They do not nor do they have the patients to take the time to fully answer your questions.
I have several terrible experiences and finally deciding to look elsewhere. They will claim they are the ONLY place that have the cleanest and purist liquids. This is not true I have found others, and also found that theirs might not be as pure as they claim (I do not have solid evidence of this so that why I say might).
Let me tell you about the final straw for me. I went in to get a new bottle. I asked for a specific flavor that I liked and got the largest ML bottle they have which is close to $ 30. I got home and it did not tasted funny. I went back in and told them about it. They lady rudely grabbed my PV (personal vapor) took of the drip tip and put her mouth right on the device. I am a bit of a germ-​a-​phobe and did not like this, and said something. She ether did not hear me or didn’t care. She said that’s not the right flavor and said it was tobacco flavor. I told them that is not what the bottle said. She handed my PV to another person they to put their mouth right on my device and tried it. He to said it was tobacco flavor. Again I told them that’s not what I asked for and that is not what it said on the bottle. They would not give me a refund nor would they offer some type of other deal i.e. give me the correct one for their mistake free of charge. I even called back later because I was not happy about the situation they stood strong in their position not to do anything.
This place did make some inaccurate statements about vaping and e-​cigs to me. They really probably should be much more careful about what they tell customers.
I have done a lot of research on the subject since starting, and will never step foot in any of their establishments again.
There are several better alternatives to this place in Des Moines who really care about their customers, and why they are seeking an e-​cig solution. You can contact me and I am happy to give you other places. I am still combining a list and checking all of them out. It is VERY IMPORTANT you are well informed, because like I said not all these e-​cig places are equal.
