How is it possible to have 5 girls waiting on customers, but they are to busy counting there tips to help the customer. Let me tell you how, the owner is standing next to them and i stand there waiting to pay for food, yet no one will help me. After i finally get someones attention to pay, they get distracted again. Look you have amazing food, but, i will no longer recommend you to my parents, friends, co workers and anyone else.

I have been here a number of times. The quality of the food is A+ Went in on Saturday, pots filled with sauce, etc After reading a number of reviews, it’s quite funny going in and seeing if I experience same. Owner/​Cook NEVER acknowledges the customers, maybe she’s stressed out thinking about how much work is ahead of her day? Employees do seem to turnover and I’m sure it’s because of her personality. BUT, Today, both employees other than Owner/​Cook were outstanding in customer service skills. Two ladies were a pleasure and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Granted, the prices might be a little high but the Quality of food is exceptional. The homemade pizza (sheet pizza) as I remember as a kid in Boston right on the mark!

The only people yapping negatively about this place must be Irish. This is legit Italian cooking.
Subs are excellent, the sweets are homemade, the take home lasagna is the best you’ll have unless your Sicilian Nana made it.
Easter cookies and deserts brought me back to when I was a kid. I can’t say enough.
These people work hard and they’re doing it for you. Did I mention the eggplant parm? Amazing.

Love this place for family take out! We usually get the lazy lasagna with a side of meatballs. It comes with a generous portion of salad and bread. Great food. Great value.

Called in an order for two small calzones and a caesar salad. We were told 35 minutes. When we got there, the order was wrong – lots of blame and denial going around. We waited another 25 minutes for them to correct it. They offered us some free cookies for consolation. When we left, my bill seemed high. For $ 23 worth of food, I paid $ 28.26. Asked for a receipt and was told I couldn’t have it because they had to staple it to the gift certificate that I used. When we got home, my spinach and feta turned out to be soggy spinach and mozzorella floating in garlicky oil. It had been sitting for quite some time. My husband’s sausage calzone was a little more fresh. Salad was good, though. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

Food is generally pretty good and authentic. A little pricey, good for picking up quick heat at home meal out of the case. I do agree with other reviewers though help is not particularly friendly… I only go several times a year…

All I can say is wow. Ordered the party size chicken parm calzone. It was piled 3 high with thick cutlets. Huge! can easily feed 4 or more. It was one of the best calzones ever. The pizza was also delicious. Going back.

Great place for takeout of pasta dishes, garlic bread, soups, salads, etc. The Italian Wedding Soup is great! The seafood pasta dishes are amazing. I think it was lobster ravioli that was amazing also. Yum, making myself hungry.
It’s not really a sit-​down restaurant.

Great sandwiches, self-​catering party trays are fantastic, and if you’re looking for an instant home cooked family dinner with all the fixings’ and dessert… for just about any holiday Rigatony’s will have you covered… And you can tell the family that you cooked for them all morning! :)

You can sit and eat but but seating is very limited so if it’s peak lunch hour you may end up eating in your car but honestly it would be worth it !!!
I’ve had just about everything on the menu and rarely if ever, been disappointed.
The Spuckies (subs) are fresh, bid abd delicious…
They also have a great catering menu for entertaining a few friends or feeding your wedding guests…

been here a few times, the food is incredible but the staff makes me never want to go again. rude and inconsiderate of wait times. I get a strong vibe that you I am inconveniencing them as they rush my order.. But their chicken park is so amazing. darn you! hire people to take orders, having your cooks multi task isn’t allowing them to focus on either part of their job correctly.

The food and service were excellent! Great selection of Italian food. The meatballs and chicken parm were very good. I recommend trying it out.

Been there twice so far, their eggplant parm and meatball grinders are absolutely fantastic! Fresh and homemade. The bread couldn’t possibly be any fresher. I thought the sauce was delicious.

The staff here, as most of these other reviews agree, are rude and have zero customer service. The pizza slices they offered were Sicilian sweet sauce style and terrible. It’s almost all dough with little sauce or cheese and bland as anything I’ve ever had. Use some spices people. I’ve tried the sweet potato bread and apple bread and they were both dry and resembled the quick mix Pillsbury bread you can make at home.
The inside is dirty and the prices are astronomical, especially considering the poor quality. Once to try it and twice to try it again were enough for me. I’ll not be going back.

Anytime we’ve had something from there, it’s very under spiced. Seems cooked well overall, but no salt, pepper, olive oil. I’ve seen the owner do a cooking show and on the show she’s even said she doesn’t spice.
It’s sad because we really need some good food up this way.

Heard Rig-​a-​tonys went out of business and is under new ownership. Not surprised. Hopefully the new owners clean it up and actually care about the place, and hire staff that cares too.
Those people were jackasses, and ever since I moved from Derry I heard it from friends and family that still made the mistake of eating there.

Very dirty kitchen. Will never go back ! The staff was also rude. Upon stepping on the deck you could tell this place is not taken care of at all. When i saw the food all over the filthy floor I just walked out.

I recently had a ton of family coming in and needed an easy meal for the group. I stopped at Rig-A-Tony’s the day before and placed the order. I forgot something so I called back the next morning and asked them to add the extra meal. Apparently their girl totally forgot to write it down, so when I got there, they handed me a large box of food, I went home only to found the extra meal not present. I called them, they were somewhat belligerent about me not having paid for it so what’s the big deal? I said fine but please get the extra meal ready and I’ll come back and get it. I get there and it’s a family size NOT the standard meal we had discussed. The good news is that they only had me pay for the standard meal, not the family size… However.
Having ALL that food is such a waste, as the taste and quality of the food was abysmal. I have a ton of leftovers that no one wants to eat. Even the child that LOVEs spaghetti and Meatballs was not interested.
We got the Broccoli Chicken and pasta, which had huge chunks of chicken in it… As if they couldn’t be bothered with cutting it up. The Lobster ravioli left EVERYTHING to be desired. It was also supposed to be in a pink sauce and was in fact in a white sauce.
Too many mistakes were made in what I feel was a simple order.
I had heard nothing but good things about Rig-A-Tony’s but you will never catch me in the place again.
