I had a issue with my phone and Matt the Manager saved the day. I came early and the new employee could not help me as it was too technical. I had to come back, which I did. Matt the Manager is still there and he really knows his stuff when it comes to phones. He remembered me and was happy to assist in getting the issue solved, free of charge! The customer service here is top notch and is commendable. FYI– Radio shack only carry’s Sprint now and not any other major cell phone carrier, which means I won;t be getting my next phone here. :-(
