Green Collar Laundromat

Not my favorite. I’m used to laundry mats where the workers are busy cleaning. This place tends to be to customer service focused in my opinion. It’s a laundry mat and think it’s a NH thing. I’m from MA and never have I been to a facility where they go out of there way to greet you, not necessary, it’s laundry and it’s personal. My real issue with this place is the difference in cost for cold to hot water and when you select hot you will get cold everytime on every machine. A total scam. I only go to MA for my laundry because Derry has 3 laundromats and they are to personal, to small, and again there no need to be greeted. Workers here need to be more focused on cleaning and folding laundry rather than socializing with customers who can’t be bothered. It’s laundry, I’m not buying a product. This is my last minute place only.

Convenient. There are a decent number of high efficiency washers that can wash a load in 15 minutes. I’ve never had a problem waiting for a washer to become available. You need to purchase one of their reloadable cards, as the machines do not take cash. It’s very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The free wi-​fi is actually decent and there is a huge tv to watch while you wait. Plenty of seating and a vending machine with snacks and drinks. *bonus* there is an auto repair shop next door, so today I was able to get my oil change and inspection done while I did my laundry. I don’t go anywhere else.

I had a great experience today. I’ve been to other laundromats and have to say I have never had an employee actually want to help me with tips and advice, and she saved me money. Two people were on and the place was pretty busy (it was a Sunday), myself and 4 others were all new there and both women were so helpful. They do offer tanning while you wait, if you are into that sort of thing, and you will need to purchase a laundry card through them which only cost $ 1.00. You can use cash or credit to put money on it, but the balance carries over. The washers are heavy duty, 14 minute wash, drying is .25 per 6 minutes. I think it was 4.65 for the 40 pound washer, which holds a ton of stuff…2 baskets full. They also have rewards points for laundry, and I got a coupon for a free tanning visit that I will give to a co-​worker. Oh and they are also a dry cleaner, but I don’t need that service usually except special occasions.

I’ve had mixed experiences at this establishment. My first encounter here was when I heard of this wash and fold service ringing in at the ultra affordable price of $ 1.25 a pound! Super convenient for the occasion when I’ve let my laundry pile up and need a little kick start to get myself back on track. My first experience with the wash and fold was mediocre, the end result was fantastic don’t get me wrong but I was sold on the ploy that I could drop it off and pick it up same day. Although this is sometimes the case for me it was not. I dropped my laundry off on a Monday and was unable to get it back until late Tuesday night because they were «busy». Again, when I did receive it I was very happy with the quality of the finished product just waited a little too long in my
Opinion. My second experience with this location was with a friend he went in to utilize these services and was informed he didn’t even have the option of dropping it off he could although do it himself. He was told this by an overwhelmed woman with a snarky attitude. When he returned to switch his load to the dryer he was informed that they close promptly at 9, doors locked lights off. I would urge all to be cautious and expect some sort of hurtle in there experience. All in all a good spot

I’m pleased with this laundromat. First time here today and its great. The prices are reasonable and the staff is extremely friendly/​helpful. I love the fact that i don’t have to worry about change. I got the card the machines take, it was easy to set up and use. Another cool thing… they have tanning. Haha Convenient and smart on their part. I think this is the place for me!

This was fine, bright and clean. It’s all automated, you don’t put quarters in the machine, you have to buy a card with value on it.
You also can leave your dirty laundry and they do wash/​dry/​fold for you.
