I’ve typically had bad experiences with corporate stores in the past, so this location was a breathe of fresh air. The staff were polite, helpful, and not pushy at all. In fact, I came in with an issue (manufacturer defect) and the issue was resolved on the spot (immediate replacement). This seems like something that should be common, but my past experience with companies such as T-​Mobile were the complete opposite. Though Verizon is rather expensive, the only reason I stay with them is because their customer service has typically been superb (at least when I’ve dealt with them).
