While on my way home from work today I thought I’d get a ham and cheese sandwich. Pulled up to the drive thru menu board at the Derby, KS Subway location and was greeted with, «You’ll be waiting a few minutes» via speaker followed by silence. Think you’re the only place that makes a sammich? Check your competitive landscape. You’re not.

The slowest subway ever. I continue to remind myself why I ever come here??? The drive thru is slow, the lobby is slower. There are four guys working and they are puttering around like they are getting paid by the hour.
25 minute wait. I’d fine some place else.
