Decent. I like their deli meats and cheeses but they could have more varieties! I like the self checkout but if you need help the staff is never around!

I had a horrible experience at their gas station! When it is crowded, a worker should direct cars! They allowed some disgusting old man to scream at me while he was pumping gas and I’m two cars behind him just because he couldn’t mind his own business. There was no where to move the car! I was harassed and the worker didn’t do a thing! This man could have a gun. I told him to stop yelling at me but he wouldn’t listen even tho I said I have a small child in the car and he should pump his gas and not talk loudly to other customers. It’s ok his car was in the pump! I hate this place and will never patron them again! I wish I was a man… A man wouldn’t take it from another man and would whip his ass! Karma for him!

Compared to other locations this bjs comes up short. The staff is almost impossible to find and not knowledgeable at all. The selection is almost half as good as the stratford or fairfield locations and seasonal product and new items last less then a week and are never reordered. I do like the cold cut counter and selection. The butcher section is over priced and the selection is not big but the meat is very tasty.
Overall if you are in the area it’s great for light shopping but if you have the time I suggest the stratford dock location.

Well this location has recently gone through a remodel! They’ve added a deli section adding a few other things like some more basic clothing, which I’m personally glad. (Not that I’ll be making huge amounts of clothing purchases, but I’ve seen some decent finds at other Bj’s stores.)
Service is ok, it had been starting to drop off, but now seems ok for a wholesale club. I’ll update this as necessary.

Small BJ’s but really does have everything I need. I guess i am just used to it and dont expect much.

It is a typical big-​box warehouse store, but has a better-​than-​average collection of DVDs and electronics. And the member price for gas is reliably the best in town.
