Three years ago we hired AirServe to install a new gas furnace and do some duct installation. After two years, the furnace stopped working. We called for service because it was December, cold and my wife had just come home from chemo treatment. We were told they were too busy and it was too late in the evening to stop by for repair. It took 24 hours to have a technician arrive. We were then told that the condensate pump they had initially installed with the furnace was no good, was not covered under warranty and would cost over $ 500 to replace. Not knowing HVAC, and needing heat for my wife, we agreed to have it installed.
Now exactly one year later that pump has broken as well. Two pumps installed by AirServe broken in 3 years with outrageous costs. Refused to call them back and had another HVAC service replace the pump for a total of $ 220 this time. AirServe had poor service, gouging prices and a poor product. Avoid!

I called about getting emergency service for a broken has heater, and spoke to very nice receptionist who took all my information. A technician didn’t even bother calling me back. Been waiting 12+ hours. Some emergency service.
