I went in last Friday to get a new phone because mine had water damage and the rice trick didn’t work. I was so anxious thinking it was gonna cost me an arm and a leg to get a new one AND I was stressed that I would lose all my apps, music, and pics. The guy that greeted me, Zach, was super nice and helpful. He did everything he could to get my cost down and was really professional and patient. I left with a new phone for not nearly as much as I thought and even had credit to get some pretty cool accessories and protective gear for my phone. Thanks Zach!
