If you go in with a coupon they will find a reason not to honor it.
I have never gotten color in my hair. I have always been sort of afraid to try something new. But recently I had been considering it and then I got this coupon in the mail. And I finally thought that this would be the perfect time to try something new.
It was new customers event that they were having, so I though that it would be perfect!
even though we are both new customers, they refused to honor a coupon with my sisters name on it (same last name!). It was bad enough that
the stylist had to embarrass me in front of a room full of people, but she didn’t have to get nasty with me. That’s not a way to treat first customers nor is it a way to build repeat business. I will happily pay full price somewhere else.

The ladies here are fantastic. I refuse to get my hair cut anywhere else. It’s cheap, everyone is friendly, and they always do their best to minimize waits even on busy days. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a bad cut here.
