Great selection of clothes and apparel. Customer service, on the other hand was horrible. I was made to feel like a criminal the entire time I was shopping. As I walked around the store shopping the reps followed me around, suspiciously watching me out the corner of their eye as if I were there to steal something. Never, once did any of them ask me if I needed any help. I really felt uncomfortable with how they were acting. Shame on them for not knowing their customers better. My wife and I spend around 5−7k annually at that location and usually buy a lot of gear all at once. To make matters worse, when I went to ring up my items I had a less than helpful young man working the register. His manners were incredibly rude, instead of addressing me as a customer and an adult– he addressed me with Ebonics in an aggressive tone. Here’s the best part, when I asked for a manager let him know about my experience he just treated me the same way. Moral of the story: until they get better leadership I won’t be back at that ghetto store again.

I normally don’t go into this store too often because they tend to be overpriced, but they have really awesome things. In winter we had gotten snow suits here for when we went snow tubing and they were actually affordable and great quality! We had stopped in here on a Friday just to price out the gym padded flooring for our basement. My husband hadn’t even considered looking here but we were driving by and I made him stop. Price was actually better then any online outlets or stores($ 49.99 for six thick pieces). We decided to get two packs. Oh, and they had a Union scarf on clearance for $ 10! When we got to the checkout, our cashier, William, pulled out a 20% off coupon for us! Our total ended up being under $ 100 and we were extremely happy. William went the extra mile for us! Will not pass up this store again when considering certain purchases.

Dick’s Sporting Goods has lost it’s way with regard to customer service. After being a customer for many years, I’d rather order online or go elsewhere than deal with such poor customer service. Additionally, I contacted their corporate offices but received a canned response lacking any true concern. Good luck Dick’s Sporting Goods, You’re on your way to bankruptcy
