This Wendy’s has really gotten better. It has new owners and a new manager. You can really tell they stepped up there game. They take credit card now «welcome to the 21st century» and rarely make mistakes at the window. The food has gotten better and faster. The only reason they lost a star is because they don’t do all the promotions that every other Wendy’s do. For example after 4pm kids meals are $ 1.99 but at this one you need to inform them of that.

The Wendy’s in Deposit NY is, by far, the worst Wendy’s on planet Earth. I have gone to this particular Wendy’s no less than 8 times over the years. I have been somehow disappointed in the food, my order accuracy, wait times, employee lack of performance and an inability to demonstrate any level of organization.
If you are planning a trip up Rte 17 in New York State, be sure to take action to avoid patronizing this Wendy’s. Your culinary well being, your sanity and your time are at stake. If I could, I would score zero stars for this mistake of a fast food restaurant

The food is good. The small side salad was nice. It is impressive that Wendy’s make really nice Bacon Baked potato in all of their locations. Customer service was very friendly.

Gross overall. Thought all Wendy’s are the same, but this one is gross.

Try someplace else
