My boyfriend and I have always been obsessed with Moe’s. We hadn’t been to this location in 3 years so when we moved back to Rochester we went here. There must have been new people on the line because it took forever. We always get billy nachos and share and it usually fills us both up. We asked for chicken and the girl probably plopped on 5 pieces of chicken, to which I had to ask for more. Then we asked for guacamole and the girl put about a teaspoon on, I had to ask for more of that as well. Usually this place is hit and miss, sometimes it will be a great experience and sometimes it won’t be.

If you want to eat Mexican, there are lot better options in Buffalo than this restaurant. My recommendation would be El-agave or Chipotle Mexican Grill. This is a not a great place for veggie lovers. From a vegetarian point of view I would rate this place as 1.

Lovin’ Spoonful(AKA Norb has opinions on everything Restaurant Division:) Welcome to Moe’s? Moe’s has always been one of our regular stops when we were in Amherst so we stopped again on Tuesday. I don’t know what happened but this was the worst time we had at Moe’s. We were greeted with their trademark«Welcome to Moe’s» but it seemed to go downhill from there. My wife ordered the vegetable quesadillas and was asked what kind of meat she wanted on it. What part of vegetable didn’t you understand? I had the«Home wrecker». While she got the drinks, I went in search of a table. The drink dispenser would not allow her to fill the cup so she had to go back later to fill it. Being a Tuesday, it was a kids eat free so it was a bit crowded. The few open tables left had chips and debris from the previous diner on them so I picked the least grungy one and cleaned it off myself. I know it was kid’s day but as looked around I noticed the floors needed a sweeping at the very least. I saw chips including full sized chips on the floor. This may have been slightly understandable but there were also drink lids and straws on the floor. Both of our meals were extremely messy and we had to go back for more napkins. It seemed like the guacamole hadn’t been stirred or had too much lime juice in it. The kicker was when I went to the rest room after dinner and the door was slightly ajar. Who wants to see the toilet while they are eating? I entered and the door was dragging on the ground and took a bit of effort to close. NOBODY wants to see the bathroom in use while eating. Besides that I like my privacy while using the bath room. I had to put a shoulder to the door to open it when I went to leave due to it being so stuck. Sorry Moe’s, Dirty dining room, watery guacamole, defective rest room door under impressed me. I give you a 6 out of 10 for this visit. Get someone that cares to run this restaurant.

Welcome to Moe’s! That never gets old. if you like Mexican fast food then come here. I like how they have all different kinds of salsa and toppings for your meals. You can take your time eating and they even have an outside patio!

This is probably the newest location of Moe’s in Buffalo and has been open for about 5 – 6 months. I’ll admit the first time I went and got a burrito, it was just ok and I didn’t go back until a couple times recently. Since then, I have tried some other things, specifically the nachos and have liked them. It is an easy, quick location for grabbing a meal. They have a wide selections of meats, toppings, cheeses, and«vessels» to put your Mexican creation in or on. They don’t skimp on toppings, but adding stuff like their queso or guac will cost you a little more. The orders of nachos that I have gotten are easily enough to split between two people or for two meals. They also feature a Coke freestyle machine(with my favorite diet Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper), a salsa bar for mixing up to your specifications, and plenty of seating. Workers are friendly. Place has seemed cleaned and neat and there is plenty of parking adjacent to Target.
