Younique Yoga

Been going since I bought the Groupon over a year ago. Don’t go regularly but love popping in! Been happy with all the classes I have attended!

AMAZING!!! I love this place!!! The instructors are friendly, down to earth, patient, and always allow you to set an intention for the practice. I took my first hot yoga class here, actually my first yoga class in general. The instructors always make you feel welcome and their routines are at the utmost enjoyable! I will continue to go here for all of my hot yoga classes!

I’ve been coming to Younique for a little over 2 years since I bought a Groupon. Initially, I didn’t realize it was hot yoga and I was unsure. I had never done hot yoga, but I liked it from my first class. All the instructors are great: I make it a special appointment in my calander to get to Christine ‘s class on Sunday nights!
The space is small and long, almost bowling ally like. There are ample mirrors on the wall. For me, I feel they could do a little more with warm ups and cooling down or even stretches in the seated position. As I’ve taken more hot yoga classes at different places I’ve found that this is a short falling of the genre: they often skip over most simple and basic but beneficial poses to go into crazy twists and stretches first off. The room is hot buy your body may not be yet so beware!
