Great sandwiches, just never order online. I’ve done so several times, for both immediate pickup and for a pre-determined pickup time. The order has never been completed when it was supposed to. Every time I’ve had to ask an employee and they never seem to be aware that an online order has been placed, so I end up having to wait. Not a huge deal, but very frustrating.

Which Wich is always at least good sandwich, no matter what location you go to. You know what you’re getting. This location is no different. They were slammmmmmmmmmed with the lunch rush, dozen+ people ahead of me, and another 18 – 20 waiting behind me, and nearly every table inside already taken. But the staff handled it well. No one was flustered, no one was red in the face and having a hard time keeping up. Received my sandwich in 5 minutes, which is pretty damn good considering how packed they were. Good staff.

Joe is the best and his staff work their tails off during the lunch hour to get everyone fed. I’ve never had a bad experience and they always go above and beyond when there are any glitches in an order. I highly recommend this spot for lunch in DTC if you’re looking for a sub and great service.

Nice concept, but, actual quality and accuracy has been hit or miss. Tonight my wife got violently ill an hour after having a cold sandwich from here. Last time we’ll be going.

Stopped in last night to check it out(Just moved to the area and live nearby). Immediately was greeted by Joe, who turned out to be the manager. What an AWESOME dude! Never have I had a 15 minute conversation with someone who was so excited to help meet a «newbie». Between offering up delish sandwich suggestions to giving me the rundown on my new ‘hood, he was super friendly and super helpful. Oh, and the sammie I got was amazeballs too. A little bit of something for everyone, and completely customizable for those picky eaters too. Stop reading Unilocal!reviews and just GO! :)

Eaten at other locations previously, good sandwiches. Then I had 3 real duds in a row. 1st– asked for a chicken parmesan, got a turkey sandwich, after getting sick of eating turkey, too much Thanksgiving turkey. Apologies and got free punchcard filled out. Used it a week later for Phillie CheeseSteak, got a beef sandwich with small slice of provolone. Edible, but I really wanted a Phillie. Tried one last time today. Attempted the Chicken Parmesan again. Specified hot sandwich on the order. Got it cold(refrigerated) in the filling. Told the staff person Chick Parm is supposed to be served hot, she replied; «well, wasn’t it toasted?». Told her cold Chick Parm is not very appealing. She responded with a free punch card which got lost when I threw out the remains of the ice cold sandwich. Does not matter. I am done with this place.

Fantastic Location — I love Joe, the manager of this location. I often call him and he does his best to get what my company needs asap! Sandwiches never fail to deliver and of course my personal favorite — which wich krispies!

Food was great, customer service was severely lacking though. It might have been an off day but customers pay your wages so you should probably smile and greet them nicely. You also should be happy to see them. I’m not going to give up on this place, just this location; today.

I always like coming here for lunch when I’m on a tighter time crunch. The staff here greets you when you come in and are generally very friendly. I’m not sure if they continue to do it to this day but a few months ago they are still giving a survey with your receipt and if you go online to fill it out(takes maybe 2 minutes), you get a free cookie the next time you come. I usually get the chicken or turkey bowls. For the price, you can really get a lot of quantity for your dollar. I usually will get peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, black olives, and the meat of my choice with the ranch on the side. Side note: If you’re doing a 14er, take a which wich bag with you to the top and take a picture with it. Free small sandwich reward!

3.5 stars. Wanting a break from my normal lunch routine/area, I decided this week to start driving a little further and get some better stuff. I had a Which Wich craving come on like no other, so I decided to check out the DTC location. I will admit I was super worried when I got there and it was PACKED with people on lunch break(duh, should’ve realized that)-I was afraid I might be waiting forever for my sandwich. To my surprise, they were totally cranking and I had my sandwich in under 10 minutes, which was much sooner than I was expecting. The sandwich was good(as always), but my one big beef with this location is that it’s really, really small for the volume of people that come through for lunch. While you wait for your sandwich, it feels like you’re constantly blocking traffic, no matter where you are… it gets a little whacky. Still, like any Which Wich, the sandwich was good and the staff was fast, so I’ll probably be back.

Okay — First, their door guy Matt! Cutest bear guy ever! :) Great smile and very friendly. So what they need to work on is their speed at lunch. Huge bottleneck. It was my first time there. But they did get the order right.

I love Which Wich, and this location is no exception. I usually frequent the one near Lone Tree, but I was in the area the other day and was dying for a good lunch. Food was great as usual, the only thing is that the place seemed a bit dirty and the staff were not very welcoming. Must have been an off day, but that is the reason behind the 3 stars.

I go to Which Wich usually once or twice a week. It’s a great sandwich shop even though it’s a chain. The variety is great and the ingredients are fresh. From the time you order to when you get the sandwich takes a little longer than I would like for a sandwich shop.

The first time I visited a Which Wich I was bewildered about the ordering process. OK — now I get it — and it really works well and doesn’t require too much brain power. At this sandwich shop you grab a paper bag with a number that corresponds with the sandwich type you see on the giant menu. Then you check off exactly which ingredients you want. Then you pay and they make the sandwich for you. I’ve been to this Which Wich about 5 times over the last 3 months and it’s been pretty good on a consistent basis. I’ve always gotten the sandwich I ordered with the ingredients I wanted. My favorite is usually the turkey with some combo of extras. If they are really busy — which they often are between 11:30AM — 1PM it will take a good 10 minutes to get your order though. Their process is time consuming but you get exactly what you want. You’ll see lots of bags that serve as the order sheet strung up on a wire — slowly moving along. Which bag is yours? Here’s a tip — draw a smiley face or something on the back of your bag/order sheet and then you’ll know where yours is on the assembly line. The atmosphere here is OK but not real inviting. It’s all shiny metal, concrete floors, and a bit loud. There’s a few outdoor tables but it’s not real inviting out there either. This is a strip mall that seriously needs a makeover. Nevertheless, it’s a good place for a quick lunch.

I love this place and try to order something different every time. My go-to favorite is the BBQ and slaw which.

Best fast sandwich in DTC. Build a fully custom sandwich of any variety. There is nothing worse than a sandwich lacking in meat and at Which Wich you will never encounter this issue. I hesitate to get avocado in a quick restaurant setting by Which Wich has fresh, ripe and ready avocado and I order it religiously. I’d skip their house made chips in favor of a regular bag, and if you’re in need of a sweet fix, their shakes and malts are excellent. In and out in 10 minutes(to go), and always satisfied.

This place rocks. I love the idea of just putting on the little brown bag what you want and getting a perfectly crafted sandwich. The location is great. Just what the business area needed. And the lay out is that that bad. They just opened up but it looks like they might have a good area for sitting outside when it gets warmer. I also love that they have odd ball sandwiches like peanut butter and jelly or a good olé fashioned grilled cheese. Only thing is that I wish that their sandwiches were alittle bit bigger and more value for my money. Whenever I choose to go here I know that I am going to spend more for less sandwich but their good enough when I get that kick that I still go. So.

I was thrilled to walk by yesterday and see that Which Wich moved into the former Deli Tech space. This area needed a decent sandwich place that I didn’t have to drive too and isn’t Panera. I had been to the Park Meadows location once before and liked the ordering style. The sandwich is customizable, but you’re not put on the spot. Stopped in today at lunch and this place was hopping. I found the«vegetarian» order bag and opted for the tomato and avocado. They have tons of sauces to choose for but I just went for light mayo, dijon, oil & vinegar, S & P. Particularly notable is that in addition to the usual sandwich toppings, they also have mushrooms and a hot pepper blend. Could I possibly get myself a Snarfsesque sub just steps from work? Verdict is in and it’s pretty darn close. Would have been a good four star review, but they left the tomato off. I probably should have checked«tomato» on the bag, but I figured it was implied since it was a tomato avocado sandwich. I guess now I know for next time? A seven inch sandwich will run you $ 5 or $ 6 and they have frequent buyer punch cards. Which Wich will definitely find its way into my out-for-lunch rotation.
