After an intense surgery, had prescription filled for pain. The pharmacy mis labeled the bottle and mis labeled how to use. How do you make such a mistake? I have used this Walgreens for a long time and have put up with lazy and rude pharmacy staff, but this is the last time I trust my prescription s to them

This is the most convenient Walgreen’s for me location wise however there is always an issue with this store’s pharmacy. One time me and another car sat in the drive thru pick up lanes for close to 15 minutes and a pharmacist never acknowledged either one of us(there’s a sign that specifically asks you not to ring the bell b/c they have a sensor), and you could see there wasn’t a line of people in the store. I went in the store & pointed this out to the pharmacist & asked if their sensor was going off(which I could hear it was when I was in the store) and she said she didn’t hear it and was sorry for the wait. It was clear she was just ignoring it. In the past few months I have had several times where they didn’t have my prescription in stock/couldn’t fill it. I asked if they could transfer me to another store where I could get it filled as this one told me they wouldn’t even be able to give me a few and refill it completely within a few days and I was told no. Thankfully it wasn’t life threatening but an inconvenience none the less. A few months ago there was a system error that they had to call me a few days later to recheck my prescription label as many had gone out with the incorrect labels. I guess everything turned out OK since it didn’t end up on the news. Like another review, I just recently stopped by on my way to work to pick a scrip up & sat at the window until almost 9:10 waiting for the open that was supposed to be at 9. I just got another notice that they couldn’t fill my prescription for a very basic item, so time to just go out of my way to a different store or transfer to another company all together. Outside of the pharmacy, I’m not much of a drug store shopper but the store is nice and clean when I have had to go in. **I tried again and this pharmacy is still as horrible as before. Mississippi & Colorado Walgreens or the one on Leetsdale are TREMENDOUSLY better**

Pharmacy closes at 6pm on sat. During week the pharmacist is repeatedly late to open store. Even heard staff say that. «He’s usually always a bit late» everytime I come in here just seems like no one cares.

They are friendly enough, and the place is pretty well maintained. They tend to have a short staff every time I go there, but any wait is offset by their attitudes. Keep it up!

Average, run of the mill Walgreen’s. I’ve never had any issues here, though, I’m usually stopping by for Redbox.

This Walgreens is on my way home and occasionally I have to stop in for items, but I am not a fan of convenience and drug stores, so this type of store really isn’t my forte. Walgreens generally has what I need and I’m usually paying for the convenience of stopping in and getting something I forgot while I’m on my way to my next destination or I’m sick and picking up OTC medication. It’s a Walgreen and they sell pretty much everything. If you need it, stop in and you’ll probably find it

The store never has everything they advertised in their weekly ad. This is the third I’ve gone to this Walgreens and they don’t have their product in stock that is been advertised a day after the weekly ad is released.
