Fan of Walgreens but only go when I have checked the flyer and other coupons and that is the only way to save even more money.
This location is very organized, can find items quickly, and the staff very helpful and friendly.
Plenty of parking and make sure you sign up for the rewards card for additional savings!

Typical Walgreens. Very clean and welcoming as most are. I find my self in Walgreens more and more finding bargains in the clearance section. Staff was friendly and courteous. Staff even made sure that clearance items weren’t expired for me. Thanks for the great customer service.

This review is about the pharmacy.
I went by at about 4 pm to pick up the refill prescriptions for my daughter and to process a new prescription for her. The line is six deep. When I finally get to the counter, I am told that there is no order for my daughter even though I am sure that her doctor transmitted the order. There is a 2 hour wait for the new prescription to be filled. 2 hours. I am told to come back after 6 pm. Why the 2-​hour wait? Because there is one employee filling the orders. And there is only one employee at the counter. When I leave, the single line is ten deep.
Worst customer service I’ve ever received by a national pharmacy.

The only reason this location gets two stars is the little pharmacy guy that helped me find lactose pills.
Pretty much everyone else are a bunch of unhelpful dicks that stare at you like you are a huge bother.

I have been going to this Walgreen’s for over 5 years now. they have gone through staff like water and the big guy pharmacy guy is mean and rude. the store never stocks up on their drinks, ice cream or other cooler products like MONSTER (they never have the green ones). this store has bad reputation for drug dealing going on in the parking lot behind the store. used to live in those apartments behind the store and saw a lot of drug dealings going on and some drug deals that went wrong. be careful at night here

This is a review for the pharmacy. Dan and company in the Pharmacy went above and beyond for me recently (New Year’s Eve actually). They stayed late to fulfill a H1N1 prescription, as I had two sick kids at home, and they stayed on hold with my insurance company after I had already left and paid, in order to make sure they got the script clearance which saved me $ 95. these guys get 5 stars for service.

For convenience of being located at the corner of Quebec and Leetsdale, this Walgreens is anything but. Spot on from the previous review, this Walgreeens is not up to par with the other stores I have visited.
I recently had the pleasure of attempting to get my prescription filled, as it was conveniently on the way to the gym. The drive through to drop off my prescription (mind-​you, just to drop it off) took 43 minutes!!! I would have reversed and backed up and went in, had a ridiculous long line of cars not formed behind me — literally blocking me into the wait from hell.
Fast forward a couple hours after my workout on my way home…
From experience I decided to park and go inside the store… Which seemed way worse to wait for another 30 minutes, more so in that I was not in the comfort of my car.
From the looks of it, they didn’t seem under-​staffed. I have no idea why it took so long to fill a prescription at this location, but know I will not be back.

This is only a review of the photo center.
Shitty.
White balance is off-​the-​charts horrible and photos are impossibly grainy. At first I thought it was the camera, but my sister had the same one (disposable water-​proof) and I’ve had them before. They’ve never come out like this. I’ll have to get them reprinted elsewhere from the negatives. Also, the old dude doing it was cranky. You can be crabby, but awesome at your job, but not crabby and terrible.
