My go to place for massage, with the added bonus of awesome vietnemese food steps away. And the price? Ridiculous… I go every time I am in Denver, and am a massage therapist myself, so I know a good massage.

This place is the best foot spa in Denver, and I’ve been to most, if not all, of them. You start and end with a cup of hot tea and I always hear the therapists wash and scrub their hands after they work your feet and before they work on your face and head, which I appreciate infinitely. I’ve never asked for light pressure so I can’t make a recommendation for the faint of heart, but if you are looking for classic Chinese Reflexology, you won’t be let down. I’ve gone 4 times now and go out of my way to stop in if I’m in Denver.

A bit light to start, but the massage therapist had much better pressure during the back massage. The place was a bit difficult to find — it is straight ahead when you drive into the parking lot, up on the second floor.(Don’t swing around the corner location like I did… the door is locked!)

3.5 stars. As with a typical foot massage place, it’s an open space where you hear everything(from the calls coming into the front desk to the people getting massages next to you). I had the unfortunate experience of having another person getting a foot rub at the same time who talked loudly the entire time. Definitely ruined the nice quiet massage time I was hoping for… Wish they had some soothing music playing. I put on headphones and it was a lot better.(Bring headphones in case you have to share your ambiance with noisy people) Connie, who did my foot massage was really nice and tried really hard to make me comfortable. Can’t beat the price… it’s a nice cheap treat though I do prefer my monthly Massage Envy massage more. And I just tried Min’s Foot Massage… it was way better.

This place beats you up. It is a lot of poking and prodding not a massage. Would not recommend at all.

My husband who often has sore feet due to his profession and myself wanting some reflexology on my feet after surgery decided to try Vitality. My husband found them on Unilocal, and based on their great reviews he made us an appointment. We arrived to a dimly lit space with many massage chairs and tables, they had soft music playing — offered us hot green tea as they busied getting the foot soak prepared. Within minutes they had us both soaking out feet in very warm water as they massaged our temples, necks, shoulders, arms and hands. I was much relaxed by the time she begin the foot massage which was truly outstanding. Every kink and stress point in my feet were worked out — nothing was overlooked or neglected! All I wish was we had scheduled longer(but, a 45 minute foot massage really should be plenty) it just was that good, I didn’t want it to end! My husband and I will return again soon and again and again! We are most defiantly regulars now!

I only discovered this spa after visiting this shopping center with an out of town guest during a kung fu seminar. I had only been to one or two other places for massages(mostly Massage Envy) and this one blew all of them out of the water. I got their Combo 2 service which started with a 45 minute foot reflexology session followed by a 30 minute full body session. It was really great not to have to worry about getting undressed and making sure everything was covered. Not only was it one of the best massage sessions I’ve ever had, they really got into a lot of places that I’ve had trouble getting other masseuses to work on(hips and glutes). I don’t think I’ll be going back to a Western style massage place any time soon. This was way better in both experience and price.

We are finishing a three day cleanse and wanted to get rid of all the toxins by getting a massage. This place came recommended from an acupuncturist. Best massage ever! We had the 90-minute reflexology foot massage and body massage for $ 45! Soooo worth it!!! This is not a high end spa or anything. You are getting a really good quality foot massage and body massage. We will be back… OFTEN!

OMG, this place was heaven! I’m not about the ritz and the glam of spas. I prefer a place where the masseuse knows how to work out my knots. I went on a Sunday morning when they just opened. I had the whole place to myself and it was relatively quiet considering the location. They knew the right amount of pressure to apply to the right places. Best part, it was CHEAP! What a deal. I will definitely try to be a regular at this place.

Was in dire need of a good foot rub and body massage and decided to try something different instead of the traditional deep tissue massage. I brought a girl friend along for the adventure and we really enjoyed ourselves. The foot soak and preliminary massage in the comfy chair was delightful. My masseuse was attentive and thorough. After 30 minutes in the chair we moved to a table where my back was worked on. I was extremely relaxed the entire time and would highly recommend and will be going back myself soon. The only con – At times, the man working on me was a bit too rough(I like it pretty deep) and I am now left with legitimate bruises on my butt, ouch. This is the kind of treatment that not only feels good during, but after as well. $ 30 for a 30 minute body massage and 30 minute foot massage is unheard of, in a good way!

Best massage deal in Denver! Don’t expect a high-end luxurious«spa,» but Vitality Spa is an amazing deal! It’s a low-frills spot for an affordable back and foot massage. The $ 30 «combo» of a 30 minute foot rub plus 30 minute back massage is amazing! They do deep tissue massage with or without oil. Massages take place in a semi-private room with several massage tables, so you stay clothed. They like for you to call ahead for an appointment, but you can also walk-in. The business is located in two separate spaces on the second level of the Asian plaza on the SW corner of Federal and Alameda. After your massage when you feel glowing and relaxed, you can head downstairs for some awesome Vietnamese food!

Vitality, in essence, is not a spa nor the Four Seasons, but if you crave that one hour of relaxing foot and full body massage for low low price, this is it! My lady and I decided to check this place out hoping for a quick massage after work. I think we will be regulars here. Vitality offers a few options. We picked #1 which is 30 min foot and 30 min body massage for $ 30. Keep in mind, the place is located next to a very busy intersection(Alameda & Federal), so noise is a slight issue. I recommend bringing your iphone/ipad & headphone. Once you check in, you get a 10 – 15 minute foot soak along with hand and head massage. Then you get to move into one of the private rooms. The room is very clean and quieter. The foot massage is outstanding! The back body massage is great too… I cannot really share much detail as by this time I was snoring and drooling to her embarrassment. All I know, I woke up feeling very refreshing and despite paying for a 60 min session, we were in there for at least 75 min. Make sure you tip them well! PRO: Affordable, Great massage, No rush, Open 10−10pm. CON: noisy at times(from traffic), Overall, for the price, Vitality has earned 5 stars and deserve your attention.

Hands down, best foot massage place on Federal. I tried a lot of places on federal like bamboo forest and it does not compare to Vitality Spa. I got Li and she’s amazing. I got 45 mins for $ 20. While I was soaking my feet, she massaged my hands. I’m definitely coming back.

Very good reflexology treatment followed with a back massage. Best price in town definitely,(for an whole hour). My husband went with me once and started snoring he was so relaxed. They also sell instant tea, which is very good too!

The reflexology massage we both got was fantastic! You can tell they really know what they are doing. Prices are amazing as well! I’m not sure what a couple of others who wrote reviews are talking about… the place is NOT«ghetto». It may not be in the best neighborhood, but the inside is very inviting, clean, and the massage tables are extremely comfortable. The staff seemed very nice as well.

The woman who rated this place only one star surely has something stuck up her a$$. When I went in I noticed that this place is full of kind massage therapists and was utterly surprised at how efficient a full body massage could be with your clothes on. They took me in as a walk-in and I had some sort of emotional release I can’t really explain, but I do know that I have never felt this way after a regular massage, ever. It was peaceful and calming and I will go back. I can’t believe the price, it’s so cheap $ 30 or $ 35 for 60 or 75 mins… so make sure to tip well. :)

This place is getto to the max. The word spa should NOT be used in any context to this place. I question if the massage staff are even trained. My «masseuse”(and I use that term lightly) was so rough and untrained and also uninterested in my comfort. He literally dug his fingers into the flesh of my face so rough that I have a bruise under my eye. WTF?! I think he was attempting«acupressure» and no one taught him how to do this… light pressure works… you don’t have to stab me and bruise and brutalize those points for them to work. Okay… now onto the great part… they soaked my feet in a bucket with a plastic bag(I hope I got a fresh bag)… I really doubt that things are sanitary here. The décor is pure getto as well… I mean for $ 200 bucks… I could paint the walls, take down the chinese advertisement posters and put up some tranquil paintings and I would get professional grade foot soakers. Seriously, this place is terrible… not to mention I walked away bruised and not relaxed and I asked the guy over 6 times to go softer, and then him and the other«maseuse» started talking in chinese and I could tell they were talking smack. I asked what are you talking about and she made something up. Argh. They kept asking if this was my first massage… and I’m like no. I have been going to «real massage therapists & chiropractors» for years and I take exceptional care of my body with weekly to bi– weekly masage appointments and chiropractic treatments to make sure that my body is inline and well. This place and the man handling of this person was like subjecting myself to torture! I would NEVER go back. I only went cause my friend wanted me to go with her. AVOID at ALLCOSTS! This is NOT a spa or a pleasureable expierence… you can find deals from reputable companies that are a mere 10 or 20 bucks more and well worth every penny!
