Kris was great. We had found a particular, fairly rare, line of bathroom cabinetry and fixtures online and were trying to track it down locally. Kris figured out what we were looking for and was able to get it ordered promptly. We had a special ordered medicine cabinet that was expected to take several weeks to arrive, but it showed up early, the order was accurate, and my builder is installing it as we speak.
Great location, excellent selection, good service and even a good price. I would definitely suggest it.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever encountered. We ordered a door handle in July and they told us we would have it in a few weeks. Here it is October 1 and we still don’t have it, though they keep telling us it is on its way. The customer service has been abominable. Avoid this place like the plague.
