I’ve been coming here for years and should have Unilocaled sooner! The owners are the nicest people and the employees also. Very professing and reasonable.

Had my nails done on Saturday. I don’t know what kind of file they used but all the edges of my nails are rough. Or maybe that’s because they didn’t soak my nails before cutting them. They didn’t paint all the way to the cuticles so my fault for not saying anything. They started to chip on Sunday, and the half of my polish came off my pointer finger on my non-dominant hand on Tuesday morning before I left for work. Not worth paying $ 15 for!

I went to get acrylic nails put on by Nancy and she did a fantastic job! Not only are the nails done with great skill and detail, but it was totally painlesswhich is awesome. Definitely recommend anyone to come and check them out!

Staff was friendly and facilities were clean. Pedicure was good and the woman spent a lot of time on my callouses, which I loved! Will definitely go back here.

Close to discount Tire Barn that recommended I come to Top Nails. Best referral yet! Excellent service. Had nails and feet done simultaneously(not too busy at the time). Am from out of town and wish I had this salon near me. Amazing, friendly, clean and very efficient.

Not sure how this place has good reviews because my experience sucked. Very rude staff who clearly talk about you. My toes chipped on the way home and my nails weren’t dry as I was rushed out of there. Cheap prices should not equal poor service. Save your money, paint your nails yourself or go elsewhere.

The ladies working here were extremely nice, but would not return. Had a manicure done on Thursday, it started chipping on Friday and the majority of the nail polish had fallen off come Saturday. Poor longevity. Did not do anything extreme, other than wash my hands, during this time.

My mom and I have been going to this place for years it changed names a little while back but the same very friendly people work there. They are like a wonderful family. All of the ladies do a great job the Mani Pedi combo is a really good deal around like 35 or 38 or something and that comes with the paraffin wax and the massaging. My mom has a different lady do hers but I love when Andy does mine :-)

I saw the«Grand Opening» sign with advertised specials and decided to give this place a try for a mani pedi. I had read horrible things about the business«Happy Nails» that was located at this location before and had hoped the shop had been redone with new staff in place. Upon entering the salon I noticed that the floors appeared dirty and there was nothing«new» about the place. I was told to pick a color and found the choices were slim pickings for quality products. I had the choice of several off brand bottles and OPI bottles that seemed a decade old. I hesitantly chose an OPI polish and took a seat, and after five minutes was ushered to the pedicure spa and told to place my feet in it. Instead of warm water my feet were surprised with ice cold dingy water. I sat for 25 minutes with my feet in this cold water patiently waiting to receive my service. When the technician finally got to me, she continued to try t upsell me FIVE times with in the first ten minutes. After the first ten minutes she kept leaving to go talk to other technicians and answer the phone. Half way through my pedicure she decided to go do a massage for a man that walked in and had me wait for another technician to take over. The new technician did not appear to speak a word of English other than«you want eyebrow wax/how about shellac?» but she smiled a lot and was gentle. While sitting there, I noticed several shady things take place that I believe a clear health code violations. First pedicure spas were only rinsed with water between clients-no cleanser was used and the spas were not wiped out with a towel or anything. Second the callus shaving tools, cuticle cutters etc. were again just merely rinsed with water and returned to the«tool boxes”-NO disinfectant! Lastly I noticed that technicians never wore gloves or washed hands between clients. DISGUSTING! Upon completion of my pedicure I was told to pay a price that was more than the advertised special price and was additionally told that I could not use the coupon from the website. So not only was a given a skivvy pedicure but I was being overcharged. Looking at my nails today $ 50 later– I find that they look worse than when I have let children paint my nails-chips and bubbles all over. WASTEOFMONEY!

This is the only salon that I go to anymore. The staff is always friendly and kind. I have had my nails and toes done, waxing and a facial and all of it was wonderful. I appreciate the time they take to do things right, keep up the good work!
