I travel for business almost every week of the year. There are very few airport restaurants that I will bother to post about. There pretty much the same deal. Same food. Same prices. Etc. Timberline is an exception. Came in here for some breakfast and ordered the Meat Lovers Omelet. What was remarkable about this dish was the chorizo. Very tasty. Check it out if your by this way at this hour of the morning. Safe travels.

Stopped here for a sit-down breakfast before our flight. They have a good variety on the menu. My boyfriend loved his eggs Benedict. My English muffin and the potatoes were good. The omelette was maybe the worst omelette I’ve ever had… and had a piece of shale or extra thick egg shell in it. Not sure what it was :-/ However, our service was fast and very pleasant. The entire staff was so friendly and made an excellent impression… making me forget about my omelette. And skip the mimosas… they’re $ 12 and not that great.

4 hour layover in Denver. Grabbed a Hummus side, the Fire burger and the included salad. Bill came to 38.00 wo tip. Best burger I have ever eaten in my life. Adam(server) was great. Fantastic place. Good ambiance.

I’ll admit it, as a current smoker I was initially stoked about the opportunity to have a puff and a drink before my flight. Apparently, there were a ton of tobacco smokers in DIA that day-way too many. It was nearly suffocating, you really didn’t even need to light up to get your fix. The server was very friendly and mildly flustered due to all the action, but got the job done quickly. The deal here is in order to have smoking privileges you must order at least one drink, fair. The drinks that came my way were strong and I also ordered a tomato and mozzarella salad to go that I enjoyed with my buzz on the plane. And I’ll also admit that I would totally return here if my flight landed on concourse C at DIA.

Great service — but mediocre food. I had the French Onion Soup(Good) and the chop salad(Ok) — nothing special, I wouldn’t order either of these again.

Grabbed a late lunch before our flight back to Atlanta. Typical«bar» type food, but actually good. The restaurant itself looks new and the service was GREAT!!! The nachos I had were tasty. Not as good as some, but much better than what I would normally expect from an airport restaurant. The salsa was gross; it was something like Tostito’s or Pace store bought. The guacamole wasn’t fresh either; just some prepared something or other that seems to always have that strange chemical taste. Again, what I expected it to be.

I miss being able to go to Mesa Verde on layovers in Denver, but Timberline Lounge is a not a horrible alternative. It’s in the C concourse, so make sure you have time if you’re coming from another concourse. I was able to get from A to C via train and back in under 25 minutes. The staff is attentive, and very nice. Although not exactly knowledgable. I’ve been 3 times and not once could my server list what was on tap. However, they provide the menu and service comes with a smile so it’s not a big deal. I haven’t eaten here, still recommend heading to Mesa Verde if you’re hungry. It’s the best food at DIA. But kill some time, watch some planes take off with a great backdrop, have a drink and enjoy meeting fellow travelers!

I have never eaten here so I can’t speak on the food. I have only been in for a pre-flight drink or 2 and the staff always seems to be accommadating at least in the smoking area. Only down fall is that if you do go to the smoking area you have to purchase a drink whether it’s alcoholic or not.

In regards to airport food this is one of the better places in DIA that can offer a decent meal. I would highly discourage someone going to the Chop House as that place is no where near the quality of its«normal» restaurants. This plce can serve a decent meal and get a good breakfast cocktail. Now just a preface this place isn’t great but is again one of the better places in DIA.

Hostess so unaccommodating she cud not figure out how to seat four people who merely wanted alcoholic drinks. Decided it wasn’t worth the hassle and left. Food Business must be good enough that they can turn down bar business.

Bleu cheese burger was terrible. Ate less than half. Just all around quality was crap, from the bun to the meat. The bleu cheese was more of a slathered on sauce. The fries were also horrible, freezer burned. Everything came out instantly like it was premade. The beer selection was good, however.

Food here is terrible. They do have local brews on tap which is a plus. If you smoke, this is your place. Even if you are in the restaurant, you can smell the smoking area. I was bored with this place and the bartenders. They seem to be mad and I received terrible service. Go get another job please.

It took awhile to finally have someone wait on me which was weird because there were 3 bartenders working at the bar I was sitting at! After one of the bartenders started waiting on me, he was very attentive for the rest of my time there. I ordered the goat cheese salad and added chicken, the chicken was surprising very good. I also asked for a side of avocado, it ended up being guac which isn’t what I wanted to put on my salad but it ended up being ok. The dressing wasn’t very good but the roll that came with the salad was tasty. I would probably order this again.

The only smoking lounge I found in at the Denver airport, this lounge has a 1 drink minimum to hang out and smoke. Well rejoice, because they sell Stone brews, even their Ruination IPA for $ 6, can’t go wrong with that, especially at an airport!
