Been going to this shop for a minute… Don’t have a lot of tattoos but Mikes always helped me come up with something I’ll like… Very professional and clean… I sat my water bottle on his station and he ripped all the cellophane off and started new… Seamed like an annoyance but better safe than sorry… Every artist in the shop is awesome!

Since April, I have spent about 20 hours working on a sleeve with Scott Ferguson at Thick As Thieves. Though the sleeve process is an arduous one, and it will be a while before it is complete, I am more than pleased with the work on it so far. I have a good time at the shop, which can’t be said for all tattoo locations. I respect the artists opinions as they have been tattooing for longer than I have been employed. I feel fortunate to have been referred to Thick As Thieves, and plan to write updates as I get closer to completion.

I wanted a tattoo on my last trip to Denver and met a man with an amazing elephant on his arm and told me to come here to Thick as Thieves. I called in for a same day tattoo and they were totally great in helping me design the tattoo I wanted. Mike Pinto was my artist and gave me probably one of the most beautiful tattoos I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t have asked for more. He gave me a good price and I would go back there for more work any day.

I’ve had work done by the owner — and I would return for more if only I lived closer!!!
He’s personable, talented, reasonable rates (and by reasonable rates, I mean affordable for the work you get), and most importantly — sterile.
They don’t have an updated website, however their myspace is active and loaded with photos.
The artists DO travel to tattoo conventions so if you cannot afford to fly out to Colorado then you can see them there. The myspace pages will give you their schedules.
All in all, I would go to this shop for quite a bit of work. The experience I’ve had with Mike Pinto has been outstanding.
