I didn’t get a chance to do much since the woman who handles silk flowers was taking her sweet time on the phone. It’d be acceptable if she at least acknowledged me and let me know she’d help me soon, but she seemed totally disinterested. I purposely walked near her several times trying to make eye contact but she was oblivious. It’s not that hard…

Crystal at the Twisted Tulip was very helpful and kind in assisting me with an order for a last minute flower arrangement for a family member’s funeral. She showed me pictures online (I’m out of state) and described the baskets and gave me many options. I have full confidence that this flower arrangement will be beautiful and as she’s described with so much care over the phone. During a difficult time like this, it sure is nice to come across someone like her. I highly recommend Crystal and the Twisted Tulip! (Also, her prices were more reasonable than from the company recommended by the funeral home.)

I’m from Cali and ordered flowers for my daughter on her birthday. The arrangement is a little bit on the traditional side. I told Crystal to add some purples and dark fuschia pink roses when I initially ordered it. Check out this photo.
It was delivered in a timely manner.

My husband ordered red roses with tiger lilies not realizing that they are orange. He wanted red roses with beautiful white fragrant lilies. Alternatively, they could have even put the pink lilies in the arrangement. I called the florist to complain that this was not what he had ordered. The owner had an attitude, she was defensive and was even laughing about they could not have done anything differently that was what the customer wanted. My husband has sent arrangements to me for the last 20 years and this by far was the worst. They charged him $ 146 dollars for what was probably a $ 90 arrangement at best.

I love the Twisted Tulip!!! Crystal and John are spectacular! The floral designs are stunning and unique. I really feel that every customer will get a completely different arrangement or bouquet that is custom to their personality, style, and preferences. Their shop is warm and inviting with fun little trinkets and displayed floral arrangements. They answer emails and phone calls quickly and efficiently.
I would highly recommend The Twisted Tulip to all my friends, family, and co workers!

They made an error on the original order, and thankfully my girlfriend sent me a pic of her roses or I wouldn’t have known. I contacted the Twisted Tulip and they made it right — but is it the customer’s responsibility to check up on everything? The customer service was on par, and they did apologize and correct the mistake. Arrangements were beautiful and the flowers have lasted —

I walked into this shop unexpectedly & walked out with ideas for centerpieces for a party I am having for my parents. The lady there was helpful & shared ideas with me about what flowers to use. I plan on going back & ordering the flowers with her. I feel like you don’t get people’s expert advise anymore & I appreciated her taking the time to help me get inspired. I will definitely be back.

I ordered flowers for my mother who had just lost her mother. They delivered a very small awkward looking arrangement that wilted and started to die the next day. Four days later they replaced the original which was half dead. It was another small arrangement with pink carnations and roses at a charge of $ 80. Very poor customer service. I guess you could get lucky with this shop… or not.
The absolute worst florist I have ever seen.

I ordered flowers/​centerpieces and balloon bouquets for a dinner I hosted in Cherry Creek. The flowers were lovely and just what I wanted to add a special touch to my event plus the balloons added a festive note. I recommend the Twisted Tulip and they are very easy to work with

Note your run-​of-​the mill florist, the Twisted Tulip creates works of art for your home or business. They use common and less common items in their designs. Carnations in a coffee cup they are not.
I recommend The Twisted Tulip for any special occasion but also for beautiful arrangements to accent any space you live or work in.
