How in the world does this place stay in business? I purchased a Living Social voucher for a facial or acupuncture session. After multiple phone calls and emails with no response, I contacted Living Social. They offered to reach out to the business on my behalf. Lo and behold, I got a response right away! Kelly said she had been emailing me back all along. Weird. I check my junk filters almost daily. There was never an email. Anyway, I ended up scheduling an acupuncture session for the Saturday before my wedding. Kelly suggested it would be a good way to «stay in balance» during the craziness of last minute wedding planning. I agreed and was looking forward to it. Two days before my appointment, I got an email that the salon needed to cancel my appointment. At that point, my voucher was about to expire. Not to mention that was pretty crappy to do to a stressed out bride. The salon offered to honor my voucher after the expiration date. I should have known better. I reached out twice the first week of July to schedule an appointment. Almost a month later and still no response. Luckily, Living Social credited my account since I was unable to use the voucher. Good luck getting — and keeping — an appointment!

I am so disappointed with this business. I bought a voucher for a facial through a discounted«deal,» and never even heard back from the spa. I called the number on the voucher(the spa’s main number) literally three times in three different days. They never called me back. It seems like a total scam to offer a discounted facial that is paid for up front, but then never call your potential new client back to schedule. What jerks. Now the voucher is expired, and I can guarantee I’ll never go to the Phoenix. Some phoenix! This spa is DEAD.

I originally got a prenatal massage from Krista through a «deal» coupon. I was so happy with the massage that I emailed her to make another appointment a few weeks later. She ended up booking an appointment for me and not telling me. When she sent me a text message saying she was running late for the appointment(I didn’t know we had) I called her back and she apologized for the mixup and we rebooked for the next day. I showed up to my appointment early and waited outside the locked door for 45 minutes in the snow. I tried texting and calling her and got no response. After waiting outside past our appointment time, I eventually gave up and walked two blocks back to my car, in the freezing snow, nearly eight months pregnant. :( From other reviews it looks like I am not the only one who waited for an appointment that just never happened. I am used to personal service providers(hair/makeup/spa, etc) that confirm their appointments the day before and actually show up when the appointment is scheduled. I will not be attempting to use Krista’s services in the future.

Outstanding experience! I was passing through Denver on a cross country trip. I had done over 3000 miles sitting in a extremely uncountable car seat. I had only had acupuncture 2 times in the past, had always found it therapeutic. But it’s time I became a true believer; the staff took my appointment on very short notice. The dr was incredibly knowledgable; even though I was their for back pain. She quickly identified other issues that had not been mentioned. My treatment was comfortable and relaxed. I received a deep tissue massage along with acupuncture and a treatment called cupping. I think. To my amazement the week after I not only was pain free, but also completely balanced mentally and physically. I would recommend this establishment to anyone! I my self will anytime I hit the Denver area will not only seek out an appointment but will insist on the same dr freeman to carry out my treatment. I wish I could have packed her up and kept her for my own private daily treatment.
