So here I am giving Taco Bell 4 stars. Taco Bell is Taco Bell right. The reason is the customer service I received last Saturday night. I purchased a to-​go order. I got to my hotel and I was missing certain key items. Tired, I returned, explained my problem, and asked for the rest of my order. In addition I wanted to buy a few more items. Well, the lady apologized, and replaced my missing pieces. She also made my new order. She again apologized and wished me goodnight. She would not take any money for the extra items I was picking up and explained, that since I had to drive back, it was on her. I hope her manager realizes that in this day and age, the customer service this women exhibited is rare and Taco Bell is lucky to have her as an employee. Thank you.

This is my favorite place to stop by after my business trip back from DIA. They have the cruchiest crunchy taco, not stale like other Taco Bells I have visited. Taking a star off as it ran out or the machine is broken on the Mountain Dew Baja Blast Freeze on my last two visits.

So I tried the new AM crunchwrap with bacon. And it was surprisingly good. Crisp crunchy a And with a little kick in the Middle. To bad this didn’t come out earlier.
