Pulled in drive through at 2:45 behind a van, got my food at 3:02. Got home at 3:08 and open the bag jist now… and they completely screwed my order up. They put beef in my chicken gordita crunch and the food isnt even warm. Seriously?

HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLE supposed restaurant, went through drive through and ordered and when I got home, of course the correct food I ordered was not in my bags, I called and asked for the manager and BECKY said she was the manager so I told her my order was wrong and all she could do was replace it if I were to drive ALLTHEWAYBACK, who really drives all the way back to replace taco bell food??? I will never go back to this pathetic excuse for a taco bell with horrible management.

Again, if you read my other reviews, I’m a picky eater and order accuracy gains BIG points with me. I like Taco Bell’s «positive» order dialog that the employees are supposed to follow, however, most of the time it comes across as insincere. Well, at the wages they make, what do you expect, right. With the above said, when you run into an employee that sounds like they make a million bucks over the microphone, the difference on the customer side is dramatic. I ordered on my last visit from an employee by the name of Theresa. Taco Bell needs to look into cloning her or at the very least having her be the voice of Taco Bell. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted to order on this breakfast visit, as I don’t normally do Taco Bell breakfast. Throughout the conversation, she sounded delighted to help me through my bumbling order. No signs of frustration and an upbeat and positive tone the entire time. At the window, she had a wonderful smile, dismissed my apology for being so picky and I couldn’t get over how friendly she was. By far the best experience I’ve ever had at any Taco Bell ever. The rest of my day was pretty rough, but for those 5 minutes in the drive-thru, she really made that part of my day enjoyable. My food was fresh, made-to-order, and the demeanor was above and beyond. You can’t ask for anything better, especially when taking into account the fast food wages. Thanks Theresa!

Slow food service and bad service from Frances. She walks off as much as possible to try to avoid work. Also puts my sauce at the end of the counter making me walk over to grab it. Even her coworkers had to tell her to do her job.

Fast service but if you talk a bit slower ppl would be able to understand what you are actually saying.
